I've struggled on my own channel on how to make dynamic poses a lot so this was super helpful and easy to understand. Good work you two!

Why does it seem like you're just drawing an arbitrary triangle based off experience of what seems balanced? Yes. I can draw a triangle from foot to foot to head. That doesn't really mean anything? Not sure what you're getting at but I would like to know.

Like I said this was kind of a stream of consciousness for me. It's worth while to be a balance check. If your already drawing sturdy solid poses and dynamic motion poses it may just not be that useful. But I think it's similar to the like of action some people use it at the beginning some at the end some just don't care. A bit rambly but does that help?

I think you should listen and watch the whole video. He’s basically talking about ‘balance’

(Haven't actually watched the video yet so bear with me)
Triangle flow is something I really struggled to understand for a while. In my experience, if you can fit your character into a triangle it'll feel less stiff, compared to a square for example. Reason being, triangles point at stuff kinda. If your pose can best be described with a square, then the energy will be going all over the place. It also might mean there's less twisting and more symmetry in the pose, which is generally not good with extreme action poses.
Realizing now that that's probably not what the video is about, but hey it still might be a good tip

That's super valid. As for trying to make it fit kn the triangle and especially being asymmetrical I maybstart with just trying to make a character lean or favor one side. Or focus on leading towards where they are moving?
