Every time I hear something about the Sun God, it’s something new. What a very smart man. And, as a Lions fan, I am so glad he’s with us. ONE PRIDE!!! 👍🦁🏈❤️
Amon-Ra is my favorite Lion. He does it all. Great receiver with soft hands but will also gladly block for teammates. He has the mentality of a relentless pit bull and I just love it. I love the massive chip on his shoulder. That worked pretty well for Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers. The man has some serious grit. All the best to you, young man! Detroit loves players with hearts that big. One Pride! Go Lions!
He is just one of the reasons this team is nit the same old lions. The character of players Holmes has drafted and brought in alone will make this team go places we havent been since the 50's.
I'll never forget right before he was drafted his dad was interviewed and said whoever takes him is getting a leader. I thought that was so odd for somebody to say that about their kid who hadn't played in the NFL yet and wasn't projected to go on the first round and was also not a quarterback. He was totally right there are stories that come out all the time about how he's the last one off the practice field in the hardest worker and how he of the veteran wide receivers are doing a lot of the things that he does to improve themselves like catching 200 passes out of the machine every day
And that dude's a WR in the National Football League!! You wouldn't know it with that personality!! Why can't they all be like that?! He will be the fans' #1 all-time favorite Lions, before his career is over! Already there for some!! 💙🦁🏈
This young man was brought up right. That's so important because Amon Ra St Brown is a cornerstone of this completely different Detroit Lions team. St Brown has already showed us flashes of his potential greatness. This was an amazing interview and we learned so much about this young Lion. I know there is a lot of preseason hype but from VP to the special teams coach this 2023 Detroit Lions team is on a mission.
Amon-Ra is bringing a championship to Detroit. His number will be retired. His bust will be in Canton and he is going to be a coach with that brain. Is there I site I can get a futures parlay on this?
I agree I think when he leaves he's going to be the best lions wide receiver ever even better than Calvin Johnson. Johnson was a freak but he wasn't super competitive. St Brown is a gamer if there ever was one. They just scratched the surface on how they're using him and I think with Ben Johnson they're going to try in milk everything they can out of him
As a life-long Detroit Lions fan, it was interesting to go back and watch this video from the preseason. Amon-Ra St. Brown has helped bring a fantastic locker room culture to the Lions and has them poised on the brink of greatness. I am so excited for the rest of this season and for the many years to come. Go Lions.
Been saying since day 1 he was great!! Since Mater Dei. He’s a beast and I watched everyone one of his games at USC. He’s a franchise player for them ! Keep grinding
I co.pare amonra to Kobe with the Multi language. Different country living at a young age. And the chip on his shoulder. How great he's going to be this year. And both took 3 yrs to get a ring!!
Brad and Dan are masterminds. They're clearly building around a certain type. Stevie Y has been doing the same thing, but man has it really shown for the Lions. Muthafucking GRIT
when we drafted brown, i went to youtube right away to watch highlights. i was shocked he was selected so low in the draft. he was really good at USC. i am guessing his height is what made him fall? but if the new NFL has taught us anything, size isn't the #1 factor for a receiver. the patriots won many rings using smaller receivers. tyreek hill is 3 feet tall and a top receiver. i love that we have a receiver with a chip on his shoulder that isn't arrogance
My nephew speaks English, Spanish, Navajo, and he's about 75% of the way in Latin. He has to speak to a computer program to learn Latin because he's never met another fluent Latin speaker.
@@dodu8281 this kid only spoke English until he was about 20. He learned Spanish, Navajo, and Latin in the last 3 years. He's got that linguistic brain.
Go to Italy if you want to learn Latin\find a fluent speaker. Trust me, Italian is the last derivative of Latin which means it's the most similar. There are still small towns in Italy where the citizens still speak a mix.
I’m kinda biased bcuz I watched him an his brothers playing ball growing up.. but this really is one of my fav players in the league rn!!! Go get em Amon-Ra!!
Amon ra st brown! You are amazing! I'm very happy the lions have such a great guy! In a redraft of your draft year, I would not take a single player over you! #onepride
Peter is probably the best sports interviewer. Btw His older brother played for Notre Dame, got drafted by Greenbay, and hasn't been utilized correctly.
Amon Ra does a weekly RUclips show with his brother. You watch one episode of that and you realize why he's so good, he might be the most competitive person I've ever heard interviewed. Everything he does seem like he wants to be the best at it. Also being the last boy in the family properly pushed him as well
For Peter King to say Ra is the most interesting player in the NFL is a huge endorsement. King has been around for decades, if he is impressed by Ra, thats saying something.
This is the reason why the Lions have become good, the general manager places it in extremely high emphasis on character. The Lions are loaded with these types of players making them easy to root for as well
Hard pass. Cowboys Fan since 1993. IHMA Teams are Chiefs, Patriots, Bucs, Panthers and Falcons Also Packers and Seahawks have a quite bigger fan base. As hard as I look I see nothing special in the fake Brownies.
THE most interesting and very likely THE best I have ever seen. I have absolutely loved watching this young man play and his background story is a great one. Amon-Ra is a remarkable player and role model. Peter’s interviewing style is as good as it gets….effortlessly engaging and honest curiosity…other sports guys should watch and learn from Peter King. SO many obnoxiously selfish diva NFL receivers over the years. They should consider closing their mouths and watching how Amon-Ra does it. My GOD…Kadarius Toney picked before this guy????? Zero surprise that he can effortlessly rattle off the guys picked before him….Very, VERY Brady like!
Everyone around him spoke a different language so that was his normal🤷🏾♀️👏🏾. He has a smart Mom🥰. If your parent has an accent, you’ll have one too. They teach you English!🥰. This is a classy young man.
Receivers Need to Hold On to the Ball !! I watched so many plans that the strategy was great offensive planning.. then the receivers dropped the ball... talking first 2 drives of the game .... Fine Tuning Fellas !!
I don't EVER wanna see the day Amon-Ra isn't a LION...
Sir, U eat, sleep, and breathe the mentality DETROIT is made of... THANK-YOU 🫡
#OnePride 🫂
This dude is our knife. The Lions stuck gold with him. He makes everyone around him better.
Yeah, this is his team! Great player, but his discipline, attitude and intelligence make him special. I get Steve Smith vibes from him
Hell yea!
My favorite WR who isn't a 49er.
I'm so glad he plays for the Lions and guys like that make the NFL great.
💯
shut up
There’s a reason he is one of the Lions’ cornerstones moving forward. What you see in this great interview is just the tip of the iceberg.
This guy is a renaissance man! A solid and driven human being✊
One of the best Wr in the game nobody talks about. He just electric ⚡️
That was such an interesting interview. What an incredible player. Hope he and the Lions do well this season.
Every time I hear something about the Sun God, it’s something new.
What a very smart man.
And, as a Lions fan,
I am so glad he’s with us.
ONE PRIDE!!!
👍🦁🏈❤️
Dang. He bigger than I thought. Very smart.
His dad was pro bodybuilder, runs in the family
Unexpected huh 😂
damn television angles sometimes
Awesome episode. Well done, Peter. I’m a Cowboys fan but I’ll be pulling for the Lions and St. Brown this year. Really great kid!
See you around new years!
Thank you Mr. King, love Amon Ra, hope we have you for your entire career. Great player and a great person. Lets Go Detroit !!!
Very interesting - St. Brown is very talented! 👍
Super interview Ich kann es kaum erwarten, dich zu sehen

Can’t help but root for this young man. He’s a baller and a great dude.
This guy is our MVP
He is just one of the reasons this team is nit the same old lions. The character of players Holmes has drafted and brought in alone will make this team go places we havent been since the 50's.
Spot on man!
As someone who also went to an all French school in California this is awesome to hear! Great head above those shoulders!
Epic interview! Thanks, Peter King, for doing what you do best.
Wow great interview. Amon Ra is a super interesting person. I wish him and the Lions luck this year!
I'll never forget right before he was drafted his dad was interviewed and said whoever takes him is getting a leader. What a classy individual and so well spoken! Let’s go Lions!!!
Nothing short of inspiring.
His father, John Brown, was a stud bodybuilder.
And that dude's a WR in the National Football League!! You wouldn't know it with that personality!! Why can't they all be like that?!
He will be the fans' #1 all-time favorite Lions, before his career is over! Already there for some!! 💙🦁🏈
The Sun god always brings the light!
Glad Peter is doing longer podcast type interviews now
Classy, smart dude !!! Happy he's a Detroit Lion!!!
Bruh!! Is this man really on my team??!!! Let’s gooo!!
Dudes a unit
Incredible young man and fantastic WR. Go Lions!

Damn never thought Amon would cry but his obsession is what makes him great Kobe like traits
Great interview. A passionate reporter and an intelligent and respectful guy on the other end.

This guy is a PSYCHO. I F'N love him.
Amon-Ra is bringing a championship to Detroit. His number will be retired. His bust will be in Canton and he is going to be a coach with that brain. Is there I site I can get a futures parlay on this?
Love this interview.💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Fantastic interview GoLions
He’s going to Canton. That chip on his shoulder is so Detroit. This guy is going to blow up this year.
I agree I think when he leaves he's going to be the best lions wide receiver ever even better than Calvin Johnson. Johnson was a freak but he wasn't super competitive. St Brown is a gamer if there ever was one. They just scratched the surface on how they're using him and I think with Ben Johnson they're going to try in milk everything they can out of him
I absolutely love this guy! Lions!!!!!
Dude is just awesome
Great freaking interview!
Saint is our guy man. Love this dude. Love this team!!
If we get that first w against kc this city is going to go nuts
What makes Peter such a great reporter is how he gets people actually conversing. Great angle into the story.
Thanks for introducing us to Amon-Ra.
BEAST MASTER!!
My favourite Lions player! He’s the best! #onepride
Im so excited. Hes a beautiful speciman
Good interview....GO LIONS!!!
God I love this kid ! I remember his first game - unusual name ,unusual story - he is such a baller .

That’s why I bought his jersey he gonna be a lion for life all time great
Love this dude!!!
This man is a LEADER!
I fucking love this man.
Special dude
Thanks for the video.
He’s going to be fun to watch. They’ll start mentioning him in the same sentences as Jamarr Waddle Jefferson and Garrett Wilson
I co.pare amonra to Kobe with the Multi language. Different country living at a young age. And the chip on his shoulder. How great he's going to be this year. And both took 3 yrs to get a ring!!

3 feet tall 🤣
He was selected so low because they believed his speed was slow and the class was stacked with receivers he just flew under the radar
My nephew speaks English, Spanish, Navajo, and he's about 75% of the way in Latin. He has to speak to a computer program to learn Latin because he's never met another fluent Latin speaker.
its easy to learn languages at early age when ur pop and mom mother tongues are not the same. u got papa language, mama language, and school language.

Amon ra st brown! You are amazing! I'm very happy the lions have such a great guy! In a redraft of your draft year, I would not take a single player over you! #onepride
Peter King - and Amon Ra St.Brown - is the best
Reminds me of how the bills were a few years back. Lions are almost there. Hang In there
Living example of what focused parenting can do to set a kid up for a lifetime of excellence.
Peter is probably the best sports interviewer. Btw His older brother played for Notre Dame, got drafted by Greenbay, and hasn't been utilized correctly.
Peter king lol?
His Brother Plays for the bear's

Guter Junge!
Amon Ra St. Brown es muy inteligente, entiende alemán y francés
Hutch Amon ra and Penei are winners, and are determined to win. They are the young core of this team and we are winning the north this year.
His story would be amazing if he ends up being a hofer at the end of his career
The true meaning of FIGHT ON!
Being far from home is natural when you make home valuable enough to take everywhere you go
So nicely stated. Sounds like that's precisely how he and his brothers were brought up. Smart parents! 🇧🇪🇨🇵🇺🇲
Let’s go lions! Give him all the money to keep him a lion for life!!
He's turning Germany into Detroit Lions fans on his own.
It would be great to have the Lions playing a game in Frankfurt
As a USC and Rams fan, I knew he was special and I wanted to Rams to take him so bad!!
This is the reason why the Lions have become good, the general manager places it in extremely high emphasis on character. The Lions are loaded with these types of players making them easy to root for as well
Lions gotta get a Germany game
California kid for sure....... Michigan man now.
Any German fans watching…. We’ll gladly let you hop on the Lions bandwagon!
Hard pass.
Cowboys Fan since 1993.
IHMA Teams are Chiefs, Patriots, Bucs, Panthers and Falcons
Also Packers and Seahawks have a quite bigger fan base.
As hard as I look I see nothing special in the fake Brownies.
When you ask more of a child, you'll often get it.

Receivers Need to Hold On to the Ball !! I watched so many plans that the strategy was great offensive planning.. then the receivers dropped the ball... talking first 2 drives of the game .... Fine Tuning Fellas !!
Gibbs keeps beng Gibbs and caught the ball 44 times out of the backfield from B. Young at Alabama so
Amon-Ra is very smart!
