I honestly felt the same way about Lord X. The Execution version of him is scary, but I think the revamped version just hits on differently in my opinion.
Honestly the new version is more in line with Lord X’s character. He’s still threatening but it’s not like “ I WANT TO MURDER YOU IN COLD BLOOD” but it’s more like a “I want your soul,so I can play with you forever”.
We love exe because of his incredible songs the transformation and his designs it’s also because you can always feel a somewhat unsettling vibe throughout all the songs

Personally Execution and Cycles are equal, don't have a preference on that. Maybe Execution (also little bit modified) but have the new vocals would be good.
I'm just wating for someone to do a good mashup of execution and cycles (not old vs new, but like the two songs combined into one like all those "really happy fanmade x original mashup" type videos)
EXE to me is just amazing in the horror department, I love transformation scenes and just seeing his eyes face away and the now lanky figure just makes him a favorite, plus the music, and the scenery. That's my assumption on why people like him (and if not why I like em)

I honestly don’t know how the Execution Lord X is creepy compared to the new one his sprites can look a little silly in cycles at sone times but his vocals are more creepy than in Execution as well as Cycles being overall more creepy than Execution. Still a good list though good job!
I don’t know about others but the reason exe is my favorite is the overall unsettling atmosphere and how both forms inspire some form of creepiness, the first because of how off putting it can be and that it’s uncanny enough to where you’re aware something is wrong but are unsure what. For the second it’s the transformation along with how bizarre and creepy it looks that makes him stand out from the common theme of the others, plus with the life drain mechanic slowly killing you and being unable to restore it makes him feel like a grave threat that doesn’t have to even do much to kill you, he just has to be near you to do so.

I know this is all about the FNF mod variations of these characters but when I think about it hard enough, Lord X is definitely my favorite. In the mod, the OG and Remake of X is pretty much on equal ground, but when it comes to source material and background, Lord X is definitely the creepiest of the bunch if not the most sadistic

I like majin a lot. Mostly cause when I was a kid I played this game and saw this screen and was traumatized. But then I saw the Japanese version and then that fear got removed. So he just has a lot of nostalgic memories with me.
I honestly love Exe because in Faker you can honestly just tell something is off and that's just unsettling. From him having two separate eyes instead of Sonics mono eye, his shoes being altered, him looking really tired and just off, etc . Then there's the spine chilling transformation into this hulking monstrosity, it's all just so eerie and cool.
I think the reason Faker is loved is because everything looks slightly....wrong, the eyes are separated, the shoes are undetailed, he only really stops singing ONCE, which is strange even for extremely hard songs, His mouth vanishes when he stops singing too. Everything just looks off... Making the transformation ALOT more effective.

Lord X looks really scarier in the Cycles for me, just his yellow teeth and his dark fur. Same thing with his ragged shoes, especially his voice. All that execution Lord X had for his deathscreen was the same as Sonic.exe's, but Cycles Lord X talks about wanting to steal his soul and play with him forever. His size makes him even scarier.
Something about new Lord X stands out. I am not sure why. Maybe it's because he feels like a giant mascot costume. I actually really enjoy how goofy he is and it adds more to his whole goal of playing forever

The reason why I love Lord X so much personally is because he originates from a remastered version of the Sonic.EXE creepypasta, “Sonic.exe; the PC port”. The remaster of the creepypasta tries to go for a more disturbing route when compared to the original pasta, and it even inspired a lot of other people to do their own disturbing takes on the original pasta as well, and I’d say because of that, the PC port really does a good job. The original pasta in my honest opinion, is nothing but 2014 lets player bait, the scares aren’t even that scary, they are just extremely loud and obnoxious. So the PC port is a huge glow up in that regard.
Kinda sad no tails doll, I get he is not sonic but he does kinda fall in the same boat as the others being a creepy pasta version of a sonic character that is well recognized.

Pretty much, lord x is both like a way more demonic version of sonic exe and a “Edge Lord” variant of sonic exe. But the revamped version of X (which I am gonna call him) is more like a comedic less friendly version of the old one. The reason why I say this because if you look at his revamped animations you could see that “Comedic Energy” coming off him. But every since the new lord x got way more attention a lot of mod creators started to make lord x sometimes like demonic and a little friendly, they even would use him as like a skin mod and not only that but people would ship lord x with Majin sonic which is kinda cringe to me tbh.
Fleetway Sonic is still the best. Like seriously how can you not like him? He fucking flips you off like Tricky! And his voice phrases like "Let's see how fast you can really go!" i love that the most.

I like majin a lot. Mostly cause when I was a kid I played this game and saw this screen and was traumatized. But then I saw the Japanese version and then that fear got removed. So he just has a lot of nostalgic memories with me.

I 100% agree with Lord X’s placement! I love him, he’s my favorite.
I honestly love Exe because in Faker you can honestly just tell something is off and that's just unsettling. From him having two separate eyes instead of Sonics mono eye, his shoes being altered, him looking really tired and just off, etc . Then there's the spine chilling transformation into this hulking monstrosity, it's all just so eerie and cool.
I think the reason Faker is loved is because everything looks slightly....wrong, the eyes are separated, the shoes are undetailed, he only really stops singing ONCE, which is strange even for extremely hard songs, His mouth vanishes when he stops singing too. Everything just looks off... Making the transformation ALOT more effective.

3.Beast EXE, This song is such a killer, and adding the lost souls just made it better
4.Faker.exe, his design is so creepy, the base one, and the transformation made it better

Lord X looks really scarier in the Cycles for me, just his yellow teeth and his dark fur. Same thing with his ragged shoes, especially his voice. All that execution Lord X had for his deathscreen was the same as Sonic.exe's, but Cycles Lord X talks about wanting to steal his soul and play with him forever. His size makes him even scarier.
Something about new Lord X stands out. I am not sure why. Maybe it's because he feels like a giant mascot costume. I actually really enjoy how goofy he is and it adds more to his whole goal of playing forever

Faker / exes first song is one of my favs
The reason why I love Lord X so much personally is because he originates from a remastered version of the Sonic.EXE creepypasta, “Sonic.exe; the PC port”. The remaster of the creepypasta tries to go for a more disturbing route when compared to the original pasta, and it even inspired a lot of other people to do their own disturbing takes on the original pasta as well, and I’d say because of that, the PC port really does a good job.
The original pasta in my honest opinion, is nothing but 2014 lets player bait, the scares aren’t even that scary, they are just extremely loud and obnoxious. So the PC port is a huge glow up in that regard.
Kinda sad no tails doll, I get he is not sonic but he does kinda fall in the same boat as the others being a creepy pasta version of a sonic character that is well recognized.
Faker looks like he's hiding something and maybe a little sinister, that's why I like him

Pretty much, lord x is both like a way more demonic version of sonic exe and a “Edge Lord” variant of sonic exe.
But the revamped version of X (which I am gonna call him) is more like a comedic less friendly version of the old one.
The reason why I say this because if you look at his revamped animations you could see that “Comedic Energy” coming off him.
But every since the new lord x got way more attention a lot of mod creators started to make lord x sometimes like demonic and a little friendly, they even would use him as like a skin mod and not only that but people would ship lord x with Majin sonic which is kinda cringe to me tbh.
