If you don't mind sharing, can you tell me a little about your experience? What did you take/what were the differences/ results?
i eat everything on the Dr. Sebi approved food list, anything that God made is alkaline and has a ph of 7 or higher, anything that man made has a ph below 7 and is a acid. try it out for a few days and you can feel the difference, look up alkaline recipes on youtube they have tons of awesome ones! im also drinking Irish sea moss and bladderwrack in my smoothies and i never felt so good, they sell it online or you can go to the beach and harvest it yourself!! I also drink stinging nettle and burdock tea this will also give you tons of energy
@Brandon Salyer ive only just started 5 months ago so im not fully cured of all disease but im geting close! i have had glasses almost my whole life and my eyes keep geting worse as i got older, im 24 now and i can barley see anything that's not right in front of my face. Like i said before its up to the person to decipher what is truth & what isnt. I myself know what alfredo bowman learned by traveling the world & talking to indigenous people found to be true. Herbs do heal as long as you provide the environment enternal to be on a plant based diet as i am now. I no longer suffer from osteoarthritis that I suffered with when i was only 25 now Im 31. I myself had some doubts 6 years ago when i learned about him but when the doctors couldnt help me besides give me pain medication i turned to what he was saying because i felt like i had nothing to lose. Its sad that he was my last ressort but im glad i did. When i learned the herbs to use i started foraging myself. I used to collect dandelion, red clover, queen anne lace, golden rod, chickweed, mullien, & my favorite *yellowdock* . They all grew close to where i lived & the only thing i ordered from sebi was seamoss because of the high concentration in calcium & magnesium.
