After going through a tough few years, things seem to be pointing in the right direction for FC Barcelona now. Hansi Flick is bringing a new attitude and refreshing style of play to the club; La Masia is churning out a ton of talent that Flick is actually entrusting with playing time; they have a potential generational talent in Lamine Yamal, who can win them matches; and their financial situation is finally improving and also trending upward.

Barca B team got slapped by Osasuna. Imagine being a veteran footballer in Osasuna and you see Barca starting a majority team of teenagers? Yeah I would take advantage too
Ferran had a bet on osasuna and ref too

@@A_r78 in the game against rayo lews's goal was cancelled but the same foul occurred in this match and goal was not cancelled and a pen was not given on yamal match could've been a draw yes barca played shit but there was no fair refering
Nothing is make sense at Barcelona. Half of the first team are injured for who knows how long and here come these 17-22 year old la masia players and they've been spanking everyone.
and how is that not making sense?
@@LauraGS564 and how does that make sense to you lol
Really makes you wonder why they went through all the trouble and scrutiny of the financial nonsense if they could basically just field a wonderkind 11 with a few experienced heads mixed in… They could’ve saved so much brand and reputation damage that way
@@coyootje in spain, barcelona is always compared to real madrid so madrid getting success puts pressure on barca to make a big change, and vice versa. theres also a lot of politics involved but the main reason is that people start to murmur if there are no signs of change for the upcoming season
@@coyootje That's modern football. There's just too much money in it and so much pressure that everyone is so risk averse. The loss against Osasuna is proof of why, because about 3 of the 4 goals were down to bad defending by the young defenders alongside Cubarsi and Kounde. Young players make mistakes even if they are extremely talented. Flick is actually an outlier because unlike other managers, he isn't shortsighted in only thinking about keeping his job but understands that part of being a manager and keeping your job, is simply solving problems in front of you. In actual fact that is all he's done, he's fixed a few small tactical problems of course, but the biggest thing he's changed is the culture, when Xavi said anyone who doesn't perform will be benched and that young players will get chances, but those were only words. Flick never even made promises like those, but he actually gives everyone a fair chance and actually has the respect of the players. He also doesn't blame refs, pitches or anything else for when things don't go to plan and never throws his players under the bus.
Damn after a pretty long time a Barca video
Its the liverpool debacle which had hooked me to this channel
😅😅
Damn, the TalkFCB clip! 😮 Love Jamie
I replayed that clip the most
I don't undersand, how real madrid does daylight robberies, but never gets a speck of dirt over them . And barcelona gets all the dirt for a unproven negriera case.
Me neither but let’s talk about something else because Laliga don’t want to tell us the truth
you did us dirty with that Hansi reel 😭
Football Iconic and TalkFCB mentioned in a Rabona TV video? 🔥
what a day to upload this video
don’t see the issue
I hate you for that Flick song video, it's proper awful lmao
Not gonna lie, Adrian…I’ve seen many adds for Manscaped over the years. But never one that good. Smooth as Pep’s head you say? Sign me up!
Hansi Flick has transformed Barca's starting 11 into his Luftwaffe and La Masia into his Flickerjugend.....back to the glory days
🤦🏻♂️ shut the hell up man
Rabona TV x TalkFCB collab when?
OUCH releasing this after the Osasuna result.. I guess you needed to get this out eventually just poor timing lol.
Pretty bold of you to post after a 4-2 loss to Osasuna
I get it, As a Barca fan we need Criticism 😊
0:10 how DARE You knock that vid, thats a masterpiece
TalkFCB 🧡💙
You used that Flick reel thrice!
Clarify first: I'm Real Madrid fan.
First and foremost, I'm really glad to see Barcelona actually starting well this season. Healthy and strong rival is better then one sided beat down. They can push each other to be and do better. Even tho they already lost 2 games this season. Against Monaco 2-1 and Osasuna 4-2. But this is only the beginning of the seasons. Season got longer, and their bench shorter. How will they play in February, and March will be season defining. Now is still the begging.
Going through their finance... first, I didn't know there were so many leavers you could pull. Like wtf. Second, their transfers in the past decade are shit.
What do I mean by shit? Well, comparing the rivals, from 2013/14 to 2023/24. 10 seasons. Real Madrid has negative spending per season IN the AVERAGE of -20m€. What does that mean? When you add and take players in and get out of the club. Spending and profit. Madrid in those 10 seaons spent 200m€. That's the negative. Barcelona? 500m! That's more the double the money that Madrid spent.
And what of those transfers? Dembele, Coutinho, Grizzman, Arda Turan, Andre Gomes, Arthur, Pjanic, Victor Roque... how much of them actually succeeded the way it was advertised? How much of them brought to the club? Big sums of money, brought nothing, leached the paycheck, and went for pennies.
Astronomical wages are also the problem. The last news I read was that Barcelona will be paying Messi paycheck until 2025... when Ronaldo asked for that amount of money, Perez sold him. Ronaldo cashed back Madrid 120m... Messi went to PSG for free.
And lastly, their finances, the astronomical credit of 1.5b€. BILLLION. to renovate EVERYTHING. MADRID spent 1b... Do they need 1.5b? Really?
Barcelona has huge problems and obstacles to go over right now. Even with mbappe bonuses, he is still thrid highest payed. First is De Jong, and the second is Lewandowski... Modric took 75% paycut just to stay an extra year in Madrid. It is clear that Barcelona IS NOT financially responsible.
And lastly now we have the Negreira case. What if they prove that corruption existed? What will happen? Club in financial ruin, rebuilding EVERYTHING and barley able to compete on the highest level. Any punishment is hars. Throwing them out how Juve got fucked can be club ending. Deducting points, they lose a lot of money. Banning them for a year or two from European football is at least 200-300m€ less. Barcelona always will have these kind of shit problems as long they whole identity is based on hate toward Madrid. We are rivals. I don't like Barcelona, but that doesn't mean I need to hate the club. I want to enjoy good dramatic over the top football. Not spewing whatever against the rivals just because they are better or whatever. Athelthico Madrid fans, players, and staff have the same attitude. We should be united in rivalry, not kill each other.
Great content as always Adrian you rock. It's obvious who i support but i must confess it have been very hard to watch my beloved Juventus for like 4 seasons we have not been good at all but i think it's time to make a new video on Juventus. In Thiago Motta we have one of the most promising young coaches and he want to play football.I mean football that you want to dial in to see and really going for the win. Yes iam Juventus supporter since like 92 and i can confess that Juventus could win in every way was one of the first things i fell in love with. Today that does not work. You need to have a mentalitet of domination. This in my opinion is why Real Madrid win so much they want to dominate and belive they can dominate everyone. Fino Alla Fine Forza Juventus
Hey adrian, as a fellow Azorean from sao Miguel what doyou think about santa clara, do you think their good form will last. Also what do you think of the new club crest
Thanks for reminding me about that cringe video.
Just 1 thing. Pedri did not injure his acl. He’s mostly had hamstring injuries
Yo can you please tackle the issue with this sport not funding any sort of research and statisticians still keeping track of more or less the same metrics since pre world war 1, like why the fck can we afford to have players on billion dollar salaries but we can't keep track of simple SRS ratings etc...
Flick is underrated. Took Bayern to the treble, you don't just do that 'by accident '.
Bayern UCL in 2 seasons or less
Great video. Was waiting anxiously for your views on flick
12:44 From TalkFCB himself 😅... awesome 🎉...
Barca is whole different team. We are winning the Champions League.
Astute observation.
Win or lose, it's great that FCB is witnessing the impact of Flick's coaching style even within such a short timeframe. A good manager and perhaps more importantly a manager who knows what they are doing will show the effects on the team, it's playing style, it's philosophy, and it's general approach. That's what happens with seasoned and experienced coaches no matter how it ends. Things aren't quite the same at the old Trafford though!
Ferran Torres and Gerrard Martin are holding this team back
Beans
These rules seem very vague. €600m seems an excessive amount
What the hell is ferran torres still doing here at barca
Cmon Adrien, what will they do in the champions league? Max 1/4 with that poor bench, hyping them up after few decent matches in LL, this wont age well 😅
We have quite a few players back after this international break 👍 barcelona is genuinely playing well & there’s no need to deny it.
People are definitely hyping things up a bit too much, but that doesn't change the fact that the future is looking bright for barca under hansi flick.
Makes me happy when you say decent games 😂 Madrid games in LL are what you call "Decent" 😂. With so many games going on madrid are going to have to rotate too! Did you see madrid bench players? absolutely garbage😂🎉
dominating in 7 matches isnt called "few decent" thats what you call real madrids games so far
@@platypus96175 dominating 7 village clubs
wow very impressive
lost to monaco n about to lose to "Young Boys" prolly
So Lewandowski gets no credit?
The Adrian shower cam arc 😂

Not so after 4-2 defeat
We are still 3 points ahead

I hope Lamina Yamal stays healthy for Barca this season. He is a great young promising footballer!
'Casado has provided two assists in two games'
that is not why he is special. He is special because of how great his defensive works are and how he helps the attack with Pedri to move forward.
4-1 loss?
4 - 2
56 seconds ago is wack
Not sure how you can make Barca video and not mention Lewandowski once.
How Barca ended up with a genuine world class coach in Flick I do not understand but I am here for it
they lost to Osasuna
They won't do anything serious this Season
Bring your youth B team against any team and Let's see
Flick had success at Bayern was an utter Failure with Germany
I expect Barcas success to be short term (if any)
He won't last more than 3 Seasons
He is incredibly overradet and Germany showed that
Club football is different to international. You get more time with the players and training them into your philosophy and style.
@@Quan367 he was coach for 2 1/2 Years and Germany actually went backwards unter him
They were bad before but with Flick they lost against every opponent and got humiliated by likes of Japan or Columbia
Barca is a joke of a club
They owe Messi everything
If not for him, they would’ve been mid table pirates.
hmm i wonder why they were consistently top 4 for decades before messi
@@platypus96175 no success in Europe except for one UCL
They were consistently battered by Madrid
Also let’s not forget about the Negreira era, Barca paid La Liga’s head ref for “advice”
If you truly believe it was just for advise .. you’re simple.
@@A_r78 real madrid have like 3 more wins in el clasico but somehow they were battering barca huh? there is no point talking to you you are obviously a huge hater and bringing up negreirea case after its been done for half an year is crazy
