I think mind eye minstrel is active every round, but it's not,why?🤔

It activates every round but only when creatures HP is lower than 50% of its max HP and the creature is not a clone. So against Ronin it not always triggers because she reduces that max HP

I know but I am working on other Runes at the moment 😂😂. My 3 tourney decks are far away from beein perfect but they are not bad
