Yes it is from equipment. Unholy can be every blue equip with 100 sparks for 100% chance to get a skill. Also harrow and muddle. For blitz and salvage you need purple equip and 250 sparks for 100% craft. Blade shard is only noble lord equipment but you can get it on blue also

How do you get Unholy rites. Muddle, blitz? And all the other skills your hero can do? Is it equipment for your hero? And if do which equipment?
You can craft equipment with sparks. Than you have a chance on different skills.

First wave when equipment came out 3 years ago I made all blue. After I had all possible equipments I changed to purple. Now only Unholy is still blue

Jack Frost some kind of basic attacks can kill QAs. Description of QA says so also and Artolia Skill is one of them
