    Great to hear your experience. ❤ i did it last month and still on mandala. Everything you mentioned here i can relate.
    To those who are thinking to do it preparation sadhana is really important and practicing seating on bajrashana will help.

    Frankly speaking Mayank You are the only person who has openly spoken about a lot of things that no one bothers to explain.....it kind of freates a weird doibt in anyones mind as to why people hide and keep things hush hush about all these programs....they may have a good reason ,but to a normal person its kinda weird and feels theres somwthing fishy. but you have totally shattered that and im sure many people would agree with me though they might not express it. keep the faith and the practice. its people like you who actually create awarenesss and provide clarity.

      Yes it is very supportive to do surya kriya.
      Surya kriya and surya Shakti prepare you for Shakti chalana Kriya.
      I do surya kriya, not surya Shakti

    What is good time to do Shoonya?
    I generally do it morning before starting surya Shakti, then shakti chalan kriya and Shambhavi.
    Evening Shambhavi and Shoonya .

      Sometimes I take sometimes I don't
      These days I am not taking
      I forget to take it due to hurry 😂😂

    How much time is needed for Shamvabi + Surya Kriya + Shakti Chalana + Shoonya together?

      Preparatory asanas 10-12 mins
      Shambhavi 21 minutes
      Surya kriya 3 cycles 30-60 mins (depends on lung capacity and involvement)
      Shakti chalana 50 mins (depends on person, can be exceeded)
      Shoonya 2 times 30 mins total

      No, Shakti chalana Kriya is also mandatory. Shoonya and Shakti chalana go parallel

    I have been doing sambhavi and surya regularly from last few months it has brought a lot of changes and emotional stability but still on physical level i find it difficult to sit for long hours as im a student
    Shall i go for angamardana or surya shakti? Or any other programme you recommend

      Here in the ashram we say, "If you find it difficult to sit in asana, the only solution is to sit in asana"
      However if you want to fasten the process, I'll suggest going for the yogasanas program. It will help you a lot in terms of physical strength and aligning your geometry both on physical and energy level

      Also you mentioned you are a student, that doesn't make any difference.
      Whenever you are studying, watching tv, eating food at your home, just sit in asana as long as it is comfortable, when you feel like it's paining, just stretch the body and legs and again sit.
      But don't force too much, it will happen gradually.

      1. Shambhavi continues
      2. Shakti chalana kriya (40 days twice, then once a day, takes around 50 minutes each time)
      3. Shoonya (twice a day, takes around 15 minutes each)
      4. Other practices that you have learnt (hatha yoga etc)

      Yes
      Whatever programs you do And whatever practices are taught, you have to do all of them.

    Anna i suffer to breathe because of my sinus and allergic problems my shambhavi experience is hindered as i am suffering to breathe while doing shambhavi.I have heard shoonya benefits a lot to your respiratory system should i go for it Anna?

      See you need to understand one thing.
      All these programs are not just to treat some disease. THEY MAY solve your health problems as you practice as a consequence.
      Yes Sadhguru says Shakti Chalana Kriya has a segment which is beneficial for nasal problems and it enhances your overall lung capacity and respiratory system.
      I also have Deviated Nasal Septum and I understand how it may feel to breathe that way. But still I'll say you should do advanced programs for what they are and not just health benefits. They will anyway come to you.
      But the mindset with which you approach a program makes a big difference.
      I am not saying don't go for it, but just approach it in a certain way. It will work differently

      It depends on the number of remaining seats. Seats fill up very quickly for advanced programs, if they have slots left, they will send you the payment link. I cannot tell any time duration as such

    Hiii i have 1 QUE... I have completed 6 step of Online İE and after 10 -12 days my initiation . So my que is , I have to do that 4 exercise Daily ??? means that baaho ka disha chalan , Ardhasiddhasana etc . Please ANSꅐER 🙏

    Anna is it mandatory to do shambhavi maha mudra continously for 90 days to experience shoonya?

      TO EXPERIENCE, I don't know.
      But to go through the program, it is mandatory. It prepares you for the shoonya program.

      You will have to experience it by yourself. Everyone have different experiences of Shoonya. Its not kriya

      The practice takes anywhere above 40 mins initially
      But don't force yourself that much when you are practicing sitting right now, just see how long you can sit comfortably. It will increase slowly

    I did 21 days hatha yoga and shoonya in 2017.. i.must say it's not easy to continue these for longer period .. but yes better than cardio ..youth needs something physical to get involved or else life is just sex.. baba ramdev did good job simple straight things which can be done for longer periods.. Isha made yoga complicated more technical ..may be because they like to serve these so called tantric segment.. who likes to think they are different species like nagas... Or beings at manasarover..Anyways best of luck ..
