Goda masala is a readymade Maharashtrain masala which is available in grocery shops,It is especially used while preparing sprouts,soaked pulses or dals.It has many dried spices and dry coconut and very sweet smelling and tempting fragrance.If you add 1 to 2 tbsps of this masala the dishes specially Usal and sprouts come out very tasty.
Made this today and had all praises for it was yum Only thing i did not have the Goda masala but masala close to it used it, and it came out really good Thank you had something different today to eat and it was really nice
