Always fun virtually crawling along with you. Great tip on the Lapu Lapu sans pineapple. And I had no idea there was lactose in onions … explains a lot for me. 🙄. Love those onion rings!! Need to try that big tequila drink!
For the lactose, we get around the onions at home by using shallot. The sugar content is super low compared to any other type of onion so it's safe. We find low sugar cheeses to be safe as well, like Mozzarella.
We're staying at the Contemporary on our next trip, and I'm definitely trying those drinks and those onion rings 😍 (that cup 100% looks like a solo cup)

I finally got to try that mac and cheese last month. It was so good. We couldn’t believe how ginormous it was.

I did like the Smores old fashioned at TL. Ill be back at BRV in April then CC in May so def will be hitting the lounge
