Just because they're rich doesn't mean they're above the law. Well done to the justice system.

Any rich person is above the law, in India. His only problem was that he assumed he could buy his way out like he could have easily done in India…. But then that country is a true democracy… compared to the fictitious democracy in India

      1. Explain what you mean by ' above the Law " ?
      2. To what Law are you referring to ?
      3. Who created the Law to which you are referring ?
      4. Is Man above or below what he ' Himself ' Created ?
Did you ever study high level English ?
and what do you read to increase your knowledge and education ?
Other than cookery books and literati - which have zero value
in the context of education and knowledge of Law.

Same is done by Tata's TCS in UK. Exploitation of Indian workers which is against UK's laws. 12 hours or more per day with no saturday and sunday off. And all this for the pay of 8 hours per day 5 days per week. Hence, it's forced labour with unpaid salary.

Kudos to Swiss court for setting an example to such billionaires who think their money power will buy them anything in foreign countries as in India.

The Hinduja family are from England.
Make sure you do your homework and not
make false assumptions based on their name.
That would suggest you are not particularly bright

They are the richest people in the UK, yet they are so mean and mistreat their workers..
Lesson learnt , treat workers with respect.
    Am not sorry for them.

He is 78 she is 75 what are they going to take with them while leaving this world. Giving 10000 rupees in Switzerland. They can make more money in India than this. People like me who do not even know about hundu ja do know now due to this case spreading worldwide. Today we got informed in the church about the cruelty of the employees faces in their home. How sad can it get. What a shame to all Indians living here and around the world.

Your news anchor does not know how to speak English -- she mis-pronounces every third word ! She should be transferred to the Hindi news deptt, where she'll be more comfortable. Her comprehension of the nuances of the Swiss court's judgement is also inadequate. In short, NewsX has done a shoddy job of reporting on this matter...

It’s obvious English isn’t your first language. It is mine. She was perfect on her delivery. There is no need for you to lie about her English skills outside of you trying to cover up the story.
