  • In Exercise 2 we work muscular endurance and conditioning of the arms with weighted isometric holds, leg strength with lunges and core stability using the Bosu Ball.
    Exercise 2 has been designed to increase stability and strengthen the core of the combat operator. This is especially important for operators performing high intensity bilateral combat shooting evolutions, utilizing cover and firing from various positions wearing body armor and helmet.
