With the construction I feel you girl. In about July our complex got a new manager. He started to construction on the stairs, paint the buildings, redo the roofs, outdoor redecoration, inspections, and soon their doing inspection on all of the upstair units patios. SO MUCH NOISE. they start at 8 in the morning and finish at 5 in the evening. I bike to school and back home so when they were doing the stairs and roofs of the buildings around me I had to go a super long way to get back to my apartment. I live a mile away from my school So it was super annoying to have to deal with it.
