Emergence-C has packets with vitamin d and zinc and packets with vitamin B and electrolytes. Don't worry, my mom helps me and I'm older than you! I wish she was closer to help me clean! I am visiting my mom up North so I got to feel the cold!!! No snow though. 😔 I'm so glad I brought my laptop so I can comment on your videos!
