    WE LOVE IT!!!
    3 Sacks of Crawfish 93 pounds
    1 sack of small red potatoes (Half the Large Ones)
    6 Large Onion
    2 Box of Smoked Sausage
    5 Gloves of Garlic
    1 32oz Jar of Minced Garlic
    17lbs Bags of Cajun Bayou Blend Seafood boil. SEE LINK

    1LB = 454gr = 1 7/8 cups of seasoning
    9 Large Lemons
    20 half Corn on the Cob
    60lbs of ice.
    Put water in pot and add 4.5 lbs of Cajun Bayou Blend seasoning and bring to boil.
    Put Potatoes & Sausage in a boiling bag and had to boiling water.
    Take Potatoes out after 15 mins.
    Squeeze 3 Large Lemons halved in 2 in water at this point and put under your basket.
    Bring back to boil which is should be still boiling at this point.
    Put crawfish in cage and put in pot after water is at a hard boil.
    Add potatoes back to pot (Check sausage before putting back in water), add corn, mushrooms, Garlic and bring it back to a hard boil then go for 5 mins.
    Turn off and remove lid and put 20lbs of ice in pot and let sit for 20 to 30 mins. I spray the pot with water to help cool it down.
    Pull vegs out around 15 mins of soaking and put in pot with lid.
    Start tasting crawfish at 20min. for spice for your liking.
    Pull crawfish and put 1/2 of that basket of crawfish in ice chest, sprinkle 1/4lb of seasoning over that 1/2 of basket of crawfish and sprinkle the Minced Garlic. (Mix up really well)
    Add the rest of the crawfish from that basket and sprinkle another 1/4 lb of season and sprinkle more Minced Garlic and mix really well. Let sit in ice chest until after 2nd sack is in and ready to serve.
    Time to cook 2nd sack.
    Remove enough water to get it back were you started with.
    Then add 3lbs of Cajun Bayou Blend Seasoning to pot with seasoning from 1st sack for the 2nd sack and add 3 more Large Lemons halved Squeezed them then drop under basket.
    Bring water back to a hard boil ( that's takes about 20 to 30 mins) add crawfish after hard boil and bring back to hard boil for 5 mins.
    Repeat all steps above with ice and sit for 20 mins.
    Repeat all steps when adding to the ice chest for your 2nd sack.
    Before serving any crawfish
    Let's cook the 3rd sack of Crawfish before serving any crawfish.
    Remove enough water to get it back were you started with.
    Then add 3 more pounds of Cajun Bayou Blend Seasoming to pot with seasoning from 1st sack & 2nd sack for the 3rd sack we are cooking and add 3 more Large Lemons halved Squeezed them then drop under basket.
    Bring water back to a hard boil ( that's takes about 20 to 30 mins) add crawfish after hard boil and bring back to hard boil for 5 mins.
    VERY IMPORTANT - Here is were I start serving crawfish from ice chest.
    Repeat all steps above with ice and sit for 20 mins.
    Repeat all steps when adding to the ice chest for your 3rd Sack.
    This sack will be fine not sitting in the ice chest as long because of all the seasoning in the water.
    I start out with about 3lbs person and let them tell u if they want a corn or potato or Mushroom or sausage.
    You will not be disappointed, my guess raved how good the crawfish were and wanted to know how I do them so here u go the video and my notes...
