Even though he could have just forced her at gunpoint to give him the PIN number (or killed her already after he got the PIN), there is still a very good chance it would help someone (many people), and it's such a simple solution to include. Many criminals who didn't have Bank Accounts, might not know about it.

This wasn't about money. This was about him being a violent sexual predator. If it was about the money, he wouldn't have raped and murdered her. He desired to first fuck with her brain, remove her from civilization, make her undress in the icy-cold, rape and murder her. It was not a case of; 'Seeing as we're out here and no one's about I may as well rape and murder her.' He got off on terrorizing people and when the opportunity arose, he sexually attacked women. The stealing was an aside, Meanwhile gifting his ill-gotten gains gave him more highs. He was reliving the moments when he raped and murdered her, and will no doubt be reliving all those moments that he brutalized all his many victims. A truly evil person who deserves absolutely no compassion.

Yeah, the Parole officer(s) in charge should be criminally charged. I was charged with a crime I didn't commit in 2012 (due to a criminal cop). I was forced into a plea agreement (typical and criminal in my belief), to avoid a 26 year possible prison sentence. Part of that sentence was to wear an ankle monitor for a year while on probation (though I had to register with a private company to be fitted for it, and pay for it myself).
Even at that time, if I so much as stepped 300+ feet outside of where I was supposed to be (home, work, pre- planned/ pre-notified monthly outings for shopping), it would beep and they would call me within a few minutes asking what I was doing/ where I was.
Though I never violated my probation, if I had, they would have notified my probation officer ASAP. So the question is: If this technology existed in 2012, how the hell could they fail so miserably to use it properly? Is it just Government [failure] vs. a private corporation [not failure]? Another question is do/ or would people actually monitor it at night when people (parole agents) are sleeping?
The technology has existed for at least 20 years, so long as there are computer programs and at least 1 live/ awake/ working human being at night; but to most effectively prevent crime, they would have to notify Police. Technically they don't need human beings, only to be able to tie into Police Dispatch/ Operations Centers and transmit the real time GPS data to the Police Patrol [in vehicle] Laptops.

Quite possibly he has a daughter or knows someone close to Reagan's age. I'm sure that he has seen far too many that hits him to close to home. Some may seem in public that they are cold; but I am sure they have their down time away from cameras and when they are alone. They are only human as we are. I read an article on Jackie Stewart-he is a World Champion Formula 1 Driver. Someone asked him how he could continue driving in race after passing an accident where another driver had been killed or badly injured. He stated that at those times he drove as if he had ice water in his veins. Because if he lost his concentration on what his task was at hand he too; could be collected up in an accident. As with the cold detectives if they get caught up in their emotions they could miss out on seeing the evidence that surrounds them.

You could not possibly be addicted to this channel. If you were, you would know that they utilize a tabloid journalism cold-call marketing approach and just re-upload old videos to snatch current revenue for old work. You would know that because you would have seen the original posting of all of their most recent videos SEVERAL YEARS AGO.
I'm all about investigative journalism. If they STATED these were re-uploads, that would be fine. I can't trust the integrity of a fine bunch of liars who intentionally omit relevant information about what they're reporting and when it was originally reported. It's like if The National Enquirer started an Investigative Journalism branch. Nefarious begets nefarious.
