    I have 2 - 1/2 gallons I will start eating today!!! Looking forward to the massive amounts of Vitamin C. Thank you for all your podcasts and videos. I watch and listen to each of them at least 3-4 times each to learn!

    I bought some chicory root in bulk in a big bag. Do I steep it like tea and then drain the liquid from the chicory root? Or do I eat the actual chicory root to get the most benefits?
