I think he will live long enough to see homelander die. After all in the comic it’s black noir who kills homelander before butcher gets a chance to fight him.
He gets to see Becca so soon 🥺❤ reunited in heaven
Billy is going to the darkest pits of hell
no !

i think this will set off Butcher to "butcher" every single heroes in the world. He wants to take them with him. of course, this is just my theory.
Worst part is they proved that once you have powers you can get them back with V. But for this situation, its not a death sentence of time, it means if he wants to live long enough to kill homelander or finish this then he has to take it in order to stand a chance and then afterwards find some way to die.
Like why have the entire plot spoiled in the title of the video? Like why not “butcher finds out shocking news” I can’t believe how mad this spoiler just made me lol
Man we really just out here putting spoilers in titles aye
Supe butcher with some of homemaders power was probably the most badass part of the show next to introducing soldier boy and sadly we may never get either of those again
Ryan, we need to cook.
Thank you for spoilering me the new episode. You really had to write such an accurate title.
@Hello You i’m in italy, the episode has come out today and i commented around 8:00 am during breakfast. Furthermore this video has appeared in my youtube feed, i don’t even follow this channel.
Thankfully i can block the channel so it doesn’t get suggested anymore.
@Hello You this person posted the video before the episode was even available everywhere
I hate it when they limit a characters life span due to some illness for a hit show, one of the main reasons why I didn’t watch Breakin Bad, sure he’s probably gonna find a way to beat it but again his time is limited it also limits how long the show can go for.
It can be an incredibly powerful storytelling tool when done right, a la breaking bad
This show should have next season and then the 5th should be the final. Quality > Quantity and the saddest shows are the ones that outstay their expiration date. You want a show to go out on top
At this point, I don't think Butcher really cares, just like Homelander told him that killing him would be like putting down a wounded dog
He definitely doesn't. A little part of him wants to look after Hughie though.
I’m assuming he takes temp compound V again for the final confrontation
Or he takes compound V
I think they’ll get their hands on the permanent stuff like the comics. Save butcher last minute with some upgrades V that frenchie will probably fix up.
Butcher and Homerlander carry the show, without them it wouldn't be as good.
I'm calling it. Ryan's role in this show is Black Noir from the comics(Homelander's clone). He's genetically superior to Homelander because his powers are genetic, biological, not artificial. Ryan is the only one strong enough to kill Homelander.
So he is going to get Black Noirs personality as well eating babys and stuff?
@@cosmicdoggo9296 Not that far. I'm merely saying he's Homelander's clone in a sense because he's Homelander's offspring and has the same powers as him, but it wasn't by artificial means that he has those powers. Homelander is a produced super powered being while Ryan is a born one.
@@nnnmmmable Homelander is a born supe just like Ryan bc Homelander is Soldier Boy's son...Vogelbaum used Soldier Boy's sperm to impregnate a woman...that is why he is stronger than Soldier Boy. Ryan is gonna be stronger than Homelander bc he is the son of a supe stronger than Soldier Boy.
@@LightninLewis Homelander's powers are not inherited from soldier boy. Ryan's powers are inherited from Homelander. Homelander is a manufactured superman while Ryan is a born superman.
@@nnnmmmable they used Solider boys sperm to create Homelander and they probably gave him compound v too...he was born bc of Soldier Boy he has Soldier Boy's DNA inside if him he is a born supe.
That’s was why he didn’t argue about starlight joining the team
Now that this episode is a year old, Billy is now dead
So Billy Butcher has 12 months to save Ryan from Homelander. The clock is ticking.
I really wouldn't be surprised if this new season will have Butcher trying to save Ryan. Butcher Redeeming himself and preventing Ryan from becoming Homelander ultimately fulfilling Beca's wish and right before Butcher dies he will finally have some sort of closure
They didn't show the diabolical series for shits and giggles. We know that comp v can reverse adverse effects and ailments.
Just a year left for revenge
he's gonna take the permanent V on season 4
I'm fairly certain that what bothers him is losing Maeve and Ryan, and not being able to finish off Homelander soon enough.
HL takin all W's sucks that noir is the one that had to die ,but great season all around.
Butcher looks like arthur morgan
Arthur the American Badass
Butcher the British Badass
Butcher is not going to die next season! Because if he does the show ends and it doesn't look like the show will end on Season 4.

Well he always wanted to die in glorious combat
what else matters if you have 12 months to live, I would smoke like a chimney
now it gives him even more the reason to pump comp V to take Neuman down.
This scene reminds me of MGS4 with Old Snake, pretty sad.
So they say. Wont be surprised when the writers pull some random bs out their ass and find a way for him to live. Because this finale showed us they don’t care about what makes or doesn’t make sense. They are just throwing random ideas at the wall and going with them regardless if they stick to the wall or not
Yep :
Homelander getting stabbed
Maeve surviving
and before, A Train had best way to go out...
Yeah I was really dissatisfied by that finale. It all felt so disjointed and hastily put together
WAIT THIS IS THE FINALLY LMFAO .?!?
@@idontcareaboutyouropinion8494 Season finale dude...
I wouldn’t put it as harshly but I agree that Maeve surviving was BS
butcher will possibly take permeant v....if hughie or anyone is in danger.
Considering we are definitely have 5 seasons expect to see him take V in the next unless he dies which seems unlikely
Dude why not wait a few days for people to catch up? Like seriously a person can’t come to RUclips without being immediately spoiled :/
I think he’ll become a permanent supe
late reply, but I just realize why butcher betray solder boy so quickly because he has brain cancer from injecting too much TempV which made him not think properly.
no he just has holes in his brain, that's not cancer
also he did promise to keep ryan safe
After he kills homelander he’s gonna kill all supes (starlight) and turn the boys against him
What did Butcher say from 0:47 to 0:51? I barely understand his dialogue; that husky, mumbling voice combined with a Kiwi-Cockey accent is indecipherable to me.
"You can kindly **** off then"
(I hate RUclips)
Probably the big finalee in the next season will be Butcher vs Homelander in the White House right after Homelander kills the president (probably played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan)
If he gets the Comp-V, maybe he might cure himself, right?
I think his powers might come back and he’ll be healthy again we don’t really know what all the Temp V is doing to him
Allllllll that temp V, just to let homelander live!!!!!
It's unlikely but I really hope he takes real V to heal and gets the powers back
Yeah mr butcher! Science!
-Huey in a couple seasons making meth.
I highly doubt that this bothers Butcher all that much he always fought and did things like he had a death wish
Butcher's not gonna die without taking Homelander with him. And since Victoria Newman seems to be the main villain in S4, she's most likely to be killed by The Boys, and I think Homelander won't be going down in the same season as Newman. In my opinion, Butcher's gonna be cured by a permanent blue V shot in S4, and kills Homelander with teenager Ryan in S5.
Also I have a feeling that Hughie's gonna get his hands on that permanent V.
All of the boys in the comic are on permanent V, and the reason of why butcher snaps out in the end killing all supes.
Well only way out of it is taking the regular V
What if he becomes a permanent supe? In the end but somehow dies anyways
Im surprised huey doesn’t have cancer or the similar disease like butcher. They both took similar amounts of it but only butcher has the deadly disease
Butcher took a couple more than Hughie. There's a point of no return after 2-5 doses.
Hughie himself knows that after the fact when Starlight told them.
I feel like Marie might be able to help him.
don't make him fight with all he got on the 12months with homelander (coz he has nothing to lose) and die in front of ryan to make him hate his father for good.
coz that would be tooooo boring of a plot.
Oh no, Ryan is no longer the sweet boy he was. He slipped away.
What would you expect someone like Butcher to do other than do everything it takes to bring down Homelander?
@@milkfries just because of a smile on his face? There’s 2 more seasons for him to turn around.
Every time I think The Boys can’t possibly one up themselves, they somehow do. This might be the best episode of the whole show
really? i felt like it was one of the weakest tbh
@@wavoinfinity I just feel like they handled every character absolutely perfectly and this show is ultimately built on the characters. I’ve never been as excited and craving more of this show as I am right now
@@nickhoadley6789nah this was a terrible ending. Butcher turning on Soldier Boy for absolutely no reason was contrived as hell and made no sense at all.
They could’ve gotten Ryan out of there, or he could’ve told Soldier Boy that Homelander raped his wife. But no, Homelander can’t lose his powers, because writing flunky
Guessing season 4 will the last since there only a matter of time before the main character dies
I think that season 4 will be the final season but it will be a long season like stranger things or Bojack horseman the finale season will be cut into two halves.
But that is nothing but speculation
Or Attack on Titan Final Season which is 3 regular seasons long lol
@@errorx_x1063 There is absolutely nothing whatsoever
It isn’t uncommon for final season
Breaking bad, better call Saul, the sopranos, all had longer seasons
Fourth season will definitely be the last of this show that will more than likely end with butcher and HL killing each other.
5th will be the last.
He might be gonna take permanent compound v ...
May be
My question is what's the use of Butcher taking temp compound V? If he doesn't kill Homelander and also turned Becca's son against him. He should have gone for permanent one
I don't think Butcher himself knows what his purpose is after his mission. He doesn't want to be saved.
He’s gonna take compound next season. Just watch.
Wish the show's ending is comic accurate
Just take regular v then don’t know why u wouldn’t anyway it’s way better no withdraw and permanent power. and if u smoke in a hospital u would be removed instantly and probably detained idk or charged since it was a drug so butcher just being a jerk wow so savage he lights up in hospital and is rude so badass
