How to Replace Lower Fusing Roller on Konica Minolta C6500

- Found a dirty corona virus, I mean wire on the C3070 Accuriopress. A few tips of adjusting the knife folder on the Horizon bookletmaker. I remembered that I didn't replace the clutches on my C6500 so I ordered a clutch for paper feeding and for the ADU.
I probably should have just bought the 200K PM kit (DC651PM200) and replaced all of the parts supplied in the kit, which includes this roller. Oh well. Step by step instructions for replacing the lower fusing/fixing roller ( Part Number: A03U720300) on a Konica C6500. Self taught, just me and a service manual. I should of had a disclaimer that I might not be doing it correctly. But it works for me!

Clean the brass bushings in the paper feed units. And also clean the rubber feed rollers. Might be time for new ones too. Does it happen in all the trays?

Best thing to do is get a service manual and start reading. There are not too many other options other than finding a technician and asking them questions.

Hi. Are there any difference between konica Minolta LD 6500 and C6500? LD means Laser Digital. I can get this LD6500 machine for low price. But is it ok for 2020 bcoz of it low resolution (600DPI)?

The auger will turn backwards and something could break inside.

Probably need to clean or replace the one-way gears in the fuser transmission.

hou you alinge the transfer belt on a bizhub pro 950, I put a new transfer belt and it slides to the side

One of the heating lamps is probably blown. Check the continuity. Or just open it up and see if the lamps are on in the fuser.

There should be a calibration option on your rip. If no RIP, then go to adjustments, execute adjustment operation.
Have you ever used a bizhub c554? There's one here but the color is way off. I don't even use it.
