Getting to voice Hau in this series has been an honor. The care and love you have put into this is astounding and admirable! And the amount of love people have for this series fills me with so much joy, I look forward to the next season! Everyone is so amazing in this series and it's awesome to be alongside such a talented cast of VA's! And thank you, El. For giving me the opportunity to be a part of of this wonderful series of yours!
The extra animations in this one are so perfect wow 🥰 Guzma's and El's pasts have always been relatable as someone who hasn't had the best family either. I think Lillie/Gladion's family issues and Guzma's hinted past and anger issues have always made Sun and Moon the best games for me to revisit.
This was sooooo worth the wait. I'm so glad to have been along for the ride. I look forward to what comes next for both you, and for the series!
Guzma punching the tree made my heart break I’m glad that El game him a hug because that’s what he really needed this series was really breathtaking in the voice actors are awesome I can’t wait to see what’s more in store in the future😊
This series has always intrigued me. Seeing someone actually interact with the characters from Pokemon is just.. cathartic? It feels more personable and interesting rather than just having the usual non-talking protag.

When I saw the hug my heart just melted that scene was just perfect like a gut shot of emotion, El's and Guz's one to one was executed beautifully. Gotta say I'm really your work amazing job El!

Absolute fantastic ending. This has always been one of my favorites; the original of this comic led to me writing that fanfic you okayed a while ago on AO3. The added bits were just icing on the cake. It pulled me into it all over again. Thank you for all your hard work, and for sharing these. Here's hoping for more in the future.

Holy moly this is a long episode! What a finale - I've loved following along for the last few months. I already loved your work on tumblr and on webtoon, but it's so nice to see it come to life in animation!
I will say, this part specifically helped me become a better friend bc I was always so bad at comforting people, but then I read "sometimes you just have to sit there and listen and hope it's enough" and something kind of clicked for me. I'm not saying I'm perfect at comforting people now, but I never realized how important it was for someone to just be there, even if they didn't know what to say. Like I love the scene where they're just hugging because Guzma really deserves a dozen hugs, but the scene where they sit and talk is just so nice to see as someone who also doesn't have the best relationship with my family. I'm just glad that the two of them can bond over family stuff now!
I really hope you do future parts as well, but I know that's a big undertaking. Congrats to everyone on this project! It's so fun to see it all come together finally!

Ahhhhh how I love the Alola region🥰, these animations and story telling here was amazing. Guzma is an absolute gem talking about his past to El is sweet and her comfortating him. Not to mentioned Hau being there for his friends is nice to see. Makes me wanna go back and revisit Sun & Moon/USUM over again. In fact I will for it's my favorite Pokemon game ever.

The voice acting throughout each episode has been amazing so far, but my god I really felt the emotions from the VA’s this time. You all did great and I look forward to whatever comics are dubbed next! It feels so nice to see Alola related content..

This specific arc has always been my favorite, and I've been waiting for it to be animated since this project started. It definitely didn't disappoint, this was AMAZING!! Super awesome to see how far this entire thing has come, and I really hope we can see more of this in the future, since the other chapters of this story are just as cool. Amazing work, this was incredible!!
I feel Guzma's pain my parents did everything to me and degraded me into becoming a pro gamer now I am among the best like no one ever was...I understand completely about expecting people for there own choices...This hits close to home 😢...but I really appreciate helping people like me and others keep it up.

Wow this was the biggest mix of sad, relatable, wholesome and funny I've seen in a while.
Especially El's "HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME !". That was very relatable.
My mother is everything you would expect from a mentally abusive parent, so she truly doesn't know anything about me, as everything that varies from her point of view is bad in her eyes.
And since she's really close-minded, that means lots of things are bad in her eyes.
My father is a lot nicer, I'm living with him at the moment. However, he isn't perfect.
We don't like the same kind of video games, I'm more on the Nintendo and Indie sides while he's on the Playstation side. Yet, sometimes I try the games he likes, even though I often play it once or twice and then I stop playing them.
But I'm still interested in stuff like the story and characters, so we can talk about these, argue, theorize... Basically we can still talk about these games together, even though the style and the gameplay aren't my thing.
But when it comes to the games I like, it's a lot harder to make him at least try them. I think that he's only tried Undertale years ago. And he doesn't wanna hear anything about the story and characters of any game I like.
I like him, but it's not fair that I pay attention to the games he likes so that we can have conversations about it while he doesn't even try to do a same thing for at least one or two games.
Speaking of not trying, as my pfp implies, I'm transgender. But he doesn't acknowledge it even though we had many arguments about it.
At least he doesn't act like I'm wrong for being transgender like my mother does, but he thinks he knows myself better than I do, even though I'm 19, and says that he sees nothing feminine in me.
So he keeps deadnaming me and calling me the wrong gender, just because he think he knows better than me what my gender is.
So yeah, one of my parents is just awful and the other is kinda okay, and both think that they know better than me what's good for me, so I relate to the "HE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME !"
Also, El went through Hoenn and has a Gym Leader father. And since she takes the place of the Sun and Moon protagonist and also has a Latias... does she also take May's place in OrAs and is Norman's child ??
I loved it all!!! I still can't believe how far you've gotten and how much you improved in your art skills! Good luck on your future drawings, comics, projects and animations! I'll be there to support you all the way!

In reality, Guzma's father did hit him with golf clubs, this is also hinted at in the manga.

I'm always positively surprised when I read that people who never played Pokemon still find enjoyment in my comics, because I feel like there's a lot of context missing if you don't know the original story to the Sun&Moon game...
If you should ever play a Pokemon Game, I can really recommend the original Sun and Moon! Ultra Sun and Moon is fun too, but the story-changes in it are both minimal yet at the same time twisting the narrative enough that it's removing a lot of things that made the original story of Sun/Moon so intriguing.
