    What if the pilot is off. Do you still turn it on?

      No. We do not light pilots.

      @@internachi I was under the impression that the home inspector “Can’t” It would be outside the terms of a visual inspection using normal operating controls?

    I recommend "White Off" to clean the glass in my inspection reports.

    This is great if you are a rich person with an expensive gas fireplace. But, what about the rest of us who have wood burning fireplaces. This was a waste of my time. Please refund my 5 minutes and 22 seconds you rich clowns.
