Wow, what a treat! I accidentally found this while looking for Obit's earlier work on Bassomatic. I absolutely love the Strange Cargo albums so finding this new one is just terrific. Thank you for posting!
I just subscribed. I've been listening since I have his album "Orbit." I think it was just before his "Strange Cargo" series. I had a cassette of him and the female vocalist doing a remake of "Can't Find My Way Home." I've been looking for that collection of songs for awhile.
Thank you so much for posting this. I hate that this never got an official release. I think he should have edited the tracklist a little, make it a bit more cohesive and he would have had a total banger here.
sometimes i feel disappointed there isn't just one place to be able to go and listen to the full William Orbit archive in high quality. Whether its been down to music legalities or management, i kinda find it unfair in principle to listen to these amazing tracks on a channel not related to William - how else can you listen to these gems? does anyone else care?❤🔥
Not many people have been able to enjoy the William orbit experience. I've been a loyal fan since the early 90s . He always amazes me

On a much lighter subject I am occasionally reminded of Dan Aykroyd's bassomatic skit on SNL many years ago.
