      Question: my hubs is doing this but his arms are no where near in alignment towards ears. Is there a stretch to help work on this too?

    I love this because I can remember how it goes. It is so simple even someone who can't visualize (aphantasia = me) can remember it.

    Thanks Dr. I have been doing the flat pillow sleeping correction for forward posture and after an initial day of rebound headache, I’m sticking with it and now doing soo much better!

    Hey - thanks for the video. Do you draw in the belly a little or engage the 'abs' at all?

      Absolutely - should have mentioned that!

    Is this basically "chair pose" in yoga? Holding for 10 seconds and repeating 10x is tough, but sure I do need it. Thanks.

    Hey Dr. Saunders.... Can you make a video on how to correct winged scapula? I have had it since childhood. It was not from an injury and it does not cause me any pain. It just makes me very conscious of wearing anything that might showcase my back and shoulders and is definitely noticeable. Kindly tell me if there is anything I can do to improve it.

    Hello Jon, I am suffering with Disc prolapse issue from past 3 weeks. right now on bed rest and slowly recovering so can I do this exercises being in early 40s ? Please advise

    • @drjonsaunders
      @drjonsaunders  7 месяцев назад

      I would likely avoid this one for now because if you don't do it correctly it may cause increased pressure in the disc, something you don't want.

    Thank you, we are grateful for your exercises, and if possible, if you can, we want urinary incontinence and pelvic floor exercises, and if there are exercises that benefit the prolapse of the uterus or vagina, and I wish you to be healthy and well all the time, and may God bless you
