You broke it Ash when you and Nile were messing around with a pogo stick. You were trying to do a back flip or something with it on the pommel. Nile rang Neil who asked how much a new one was and said you and Nile should each pay £500 to buy a new one. Pommel that is, not pogo stick!

Does anyone else find themselves nodding as Ash explains what he needs to fix in a skill (as if I know how any of this is done)? The only time I ever did a back flip, I was disco dancing drunk in a bar...and I broke my foot.

As an old guy who competed until he was 20 this is SO fun to watch! Keep it up Ash! Can't wait to see the progress for some of the ring swing to strength elements and high bar releases.
Nile broke the pommel horse. He wanted you to jump on it with a pogo stick while he did a skill. You declined at first expressing concern that the pommel would get broken. Nile assured you it wouldn't break and that he would take responsibility for it being broken if something did happen to it. Therefore, Nile broke it.
Ash broke it on his first day.of trying to jump on it on a Pogo stick. He even called it before doing it LMAO

What's funny to me is them trying to figure out the drawing of that pommel skill at the end. Generally I feel like I would never know where one pommel skills ends and the next one starts, especially since one skill seems to be up to 12 movements. Must be one of the hardest to judge as well, right?

He is suuuuccchhh a good coach! I bought his handstand manual and it is the best thing ever. He is so clear and the exercises he has us do are so perfect for each level but also super useful. I wish he could be my gymnastics coach for every skill!
Ash has such a great understanding of the skills and he explains the physics so well! I feel like I could trust him completely-he would be a great coach!

The pommel horse was broken thanks to the brilliant idea of Ash jumping over Nile's legs as he circled on the other side. It worked fine when he did it with just his body, except then Ash tried the same on a pogo stick they were playing with, which immediately broke the structure under the leather :)

Hi Ash, I was listening to what you were saying at this point of the video & I was flashing back to one of Jay’s recent video’s regarding her handstands & building up to a full one minute handstand by the end of the year. It made me wonder if this was something you were going to do but with Pommel Horse to help build up your stamina. How many goes does it take you to get to 50 circles/75 circles/100 circles etc. This is just an example of how someone could increase their target number after target one is completed if this was something someone like yourself may want to do.

13:11 Didn’t it get broken when you were supposed to pogo stick over Nile or Luke’s legs when they were circling on the pommel horse. I think it was before you had the handles put on it. That’s the only pommel incident that I can remember. Or was it Nile on the logo stick? I’m sure it was you though. Definitely not Jay or Luke.
I feel like other apparatuses and skills look doable, but pommel looks like witchcraft to me. I can feel my shoulders tensing up 😂
