Hi! I just bought the ELE attachment. I wonder how much sensation are you supposed to feel from it. I have it on the highest setting, testing it without gel, I felt nothing. I even test it on my hairline, still nothing. Is this normal?
It’s actually good that you don’t feel anything! If you are feeling something it means that the micro current is bouncing off your skin and not into it, that’s why you use the gel

You can look it up, they are not better. I’ve been searching to see the difference in results between new face and high frequency wands. The nuface had better results, all the woman I saw who were using the new face the before and after was much better and in a quicker time frame. Plus she said that she’s been using it for years, look at her skin lol
