The working with a grids in Illustrator is such a nightmare. I do not understand, why they do not create powerful grid and guide tool like in Affinity Designer. What a workflow…set a margins manually, than split some object into grid and tada - grid, which can be turned into guides. BUT when you change your mind with a grid, you have to go all over again this process. unbelievable - wake up, its 2022 Adobe.
