236: Cousin T's Pancakes and Syrup

I ordered some Cousin T's Pancake Mix and Original Syrup to try with my sons.
Cousin T didn't like that political correctness had taken Aunt Jemima products out stores and was trying to erase her from history. He created his own brand that he controls.
In this video we make and try his pancakes and syrup.

Just atop for tender pancakes ,beat your liquids, egg, milk, oil & vanilla smooth together
FIRST then gently mix in the dry mix, beating the batter develops the gluten, making them tough. Goes for muffins too.
