PS Method- Press Square, Triangle, then press/spam R2+Triangle (even if Cloud Step doesn't interrupt Sweeping Gale, keep pressing R2+Triangle until it activates AFTER Cloud Step, as long as you activate Cloud Step right after Sweeping Gale, it will work)
Xbox Method- Press X, Y, then press/spam RT+Y (even if Cloud Step doesn't interrupt Sweeping Gale, keep pressing RT+Y until it activates AFTER Cloud Step, as long as you activate Cloud Step right after Sweeping Gale, it will work)
