Tried all the guides online and various builds but ultimately decided to go back too my build, crit chance and sticking too thrust attack stance. After 3 days of trying everything and finally going to my build, in about 10 attempts, I did everything right, cast spells at the perfect time, dodge efficiently enough and did enough damage all with bit of luck and defeated him. Whew! now all these bosses after don't seem nearly difficult pressing forward. I'm 59 and you young whipper snappers with those sharper reflexes should get him down in no time. My level was 69 Carry on!

easily the best Boss fight. He felt so good to fight against and truely teaches you to time your stuff better without making you want to pull your hair out.

@@itachi3951 Scorpion king is more erratic than Yin Tiger, I had trouble with Scorpion cause it feels like I can never breathe, while Yin Tiger has such big openings and windows and delays that it's just as frustrating understanding the timing of his techniques and when he actually swings. I do think Scorpion is harder. but Yin Tiger is no joke either.

the incredible skill is one thing, but the game is also an amazing piece of art. The combat feels so cinematic when combined with skillful play, not a dull moment and so many ways to play. Love it.

Scorpion lord taught me that, his attack chain never seemed to end and was lightning quick, I honestly thought I would go 300 attempts without doing it. I got lucky and finally killed him after like 30 attempts 💀💀

Don't worry, even if the official version is not released, there will be related mods. Now there is a map mod. The cloud ignores the air wall and the whole map flies mod.

I finally got this guy. Think it took around a dozen attempts spread out over a few days and a few story explorations with level ups. It wasn't pretty at all, but I had drinks to spare after being way too aggressive in the beginning. Well fought as always.
I was curious to see how he'd dodge his grab attack and it seems like the only way to do it is to roll as soon as u hear the ping sound. But to know when he'll do the grab is what I wanna know.

thx for titling it "no damage" and not "no hit" because technically the seeing through the enemy attack is a counter attack that you Need to get hit by in order to pull off
1:14 this happened to me where I saw through yins slow motion attack accidentally . Honestly one of the dopest feelings ive had playinhg a video game. Literal chills.
i beat him two times when i first got into the area, but then the 3rd time after progressing two chapters, he got more aggressive and immobilize stops working on him after one hit.
Later the tiger started his own journey to the east in search of an isolate monastery, seeking to become a monk, and his own master. And also banning any monkey within thousands of milles of the temple.
Great battle it has shown us the best essence of two stances smash and thrust. Perfect fight want to do it the same as you, but I don't have such a feeling in this game about dodging, the delay sometimes trick me.
Bro I defeated at first try and was kinda disapointed because of the hype, the design and combat of his was soo awesome I wanted more, that's why I'm here watching after beating him
I had a really tough time with him. Found him near the end of Chapter 3 and died 13 times. I blamed it on the 'hitboxes' and whatnot, but after speaking with my friend (he's a self-proclaimed Dark Souls veteran) he imparted these wise words - 'git gud'. I beat him first try the next day.
Honestly I didn't expect this boss to be this fun when I saw the "Challenge" but damn

He is a good preb fight for yellow long or any bosses where you have to actualy time the dodges.
I’m only on chapter three but I still think the tiger vanguard and yellow wind sage are better
I didn't find out about him until chapter five and by then the fight was too easy, first tried him while using the gourd three times
