I saw it had been a few months since your last video. I was like, "Oh poop, I hope he hasn’t quit making videos." And you haven’t! I very much enjoy your narrative and humor. It’s so helpful that you make note of tools & products. I’ve never seen that chisel thingy tool before, nor have I ever heard of strip stop. I wish I knew of it when my son was little. He had a time where he refused to keep his clothes on. I got so tired of redressing him a dozen times a day I gave up & let him run around the house nakie. (Before the comments are made, yes, I know strip stop is about paint, not little boys. 🤪) Anyhoo, Cade, you done good on this project. Thanks for sharing it!

Just a future note; easy breeze, weather guard and other brands of vinyl panel porch additions can be added in a kit and installed by a handy person like yourself. They open to screen for that breeze but close up to stop dirt and rain. They are also called ‘hurricane windows’

Honestly we didn’t really need them as the weight distribution is totally ok for the size and height of the structure. The exterior is wrapped in horizontal tongue and groove planks with the siding over it. Appreciate the awareness… it’s probably going to be just fine as long as we don’t get 3’ of snow. Lol.
