Elementary Music Lesson tutorial using classroom instruments. I'm sharing how to use a simple nursery rhyme to teach music concepts. In this video I'll show you how to teach beat, rhythm, creating and improvising as well as a movement component to incorporate dynamics.
You can use this lesson across grade levels by scaffolding the difficulty of rhythms, melody and ostinato parts.
I'm using the song "1-2-3-4-5 Fish Alive".
I demonstrate each instrument part and then show how it will look all together.
