By the looks of it, it seems that the up and down call buttons are wired the wrong way on UM as 2 people wanted to go down from UM whilst the lift was going up to the mezzanine. Or simply people just don't know the difference between up and down.

No, the indicators just kept scrolling lots of random rubbish lol.
