Got my 2023 a month ago, traded in my 650 for it and got a great deal...now just need summer to kick-in so i can enjoy my new beast!!!

I mean nice bike but…….. value for the bike? No, for and extra $600 or so you can get a MT09 with cruise control, and quick shift w/ auto blip….. So I think Kawasaki is lagging way behind.

"You drive it like a motorcycle;" I love it! No fancy gadgets or too much tech, just a solid, smooth, powerful motorcycle. And that is exactly why I bought the 23 SE version. Another informative video, thanks Peter!

Commented previously on the Z, but here goes again. Have a '22 all black(wheels included) with twilight blue cowling Z900. Have about 10k miles on it and never had one problem. Handles great, stops great(Nissin calipers), and goes like stink. The one and only complaint were the oem tires. Easily replaced. Build quality is superb - paint, fit and overall finish. Welds on frame are beautiful. Have taken it on numerous 1k mile rides. Added a slick H&B Sportrack- quick detatch with turn of a key. Put a 2 gal. Rotopax on top and put a 40 liter bag on that. Bang it down a gear to pass and the wonderful 4 banger definitely gets with the program. All in all will be the last of my bikes I'll sell. BTW, as a test, left it in 5th gear at a stop sign and took off in 5th without freaking out. I started laughing. This Inline 4 has gobs of power everywhere.

I am considering trading my 2022 Yamaha MT-07 for this motorcycle instead of the MT-09. I find the aesthetics of this motorcycle more appealing.

I think these days the reason for less Cylinders is to make a more affordable machine, the newer four cylinder superbikes etc, tend to be horrendously priced, not affordable for Joe Public, so to get round this they drop one or two Cylinders, which means they can produce newer machines at a lower price. There are a few exceptions to this, and the Z900 is one of them!!

Purchased my 2024 Z900 1 month ago and been loving every minute of it. Also love that fact that there are not many around my area, South Florida, unlike the Yahmaha MT's which I see everywhere.

  • @mrsilbo6499

You're quite correct, Peter. It's a Zed, not a Zee. Always has been always will be.

  • @BlackArroToons

  • @ryandidthis

  • @BUGBYTE_

I really like the z900rs. But I also like the Suzuki katana. Not sure what bike to get as a second bike. I had a 94 750 katana when I was in college so I have a little attachment to it. I just keep coming back to the z900rs because it just looks nice.

  • @DaRuler66

  • @dsambernardo

Hi Peter. Do you know why on American version you are not getting LED warning lights? Here in Spain, nearly the hole Kawasaki range has LED lights 4 years ago. Thanks!
