Your voice for Leshy, Grimora, and the stote (keeping them vague for not giving the plot away for Leshy) is simply divine! Before I do would it be good to add in a little head cannon? I think so. If I could assume something about Leshy’s and Grimora’s relationship. They’re close friends, and they respect each other’s decks. Leshy adds in Grimora’s rules of bones purely because he knew Grimora would appreciate it, and Grimora would enjoy seeing her rules be implemented in the heavy roleplay Leshy added to the game.
In his letter Magnificus calls her "Dearest Grimora." I have a head canon that Leshy and Magnificus fight over her. No real evidence, but it's fun to think about.

I loved the comic, the only thing that slightly irks me is the board state when she’s having her last hurrah. She was 1 point of damage away from losing, it was her turn, PO3 on board and Leshy having a toad. Using the pliers puts her two away from death and PO3’s attack would put her at 3. I saw no more cards prepared to arrive on the board the following turn so the only thing I have a gripe about is how she lost. My best guess is since she messed with it she was forfeiting and allowing herself to be inscrybed.
There is still one weird thing:when the scribes turn into cards they turn into beats besides leshy but when mark (I think that’s his name) he turns into a humanoid thing
I always thought it's because he used multple pictures, the camera mechanics in act 2 and 3 show that the camera takes aspects from multiple things and merges them, but of course because it would be extremely impracticle Daniel couldn't make a new sprite for every possible combination of cards
Can we appreciate that Grimora used her own frikkin blood to write the safe combination in the rulebook. She literally pulled out a tooth to do that.

I love this story, I saw it on Twitter by the artist I believe. It’s such a good backstory I would call it a definitive headcanonn for Inscryption.

I think it's because Leshy is already a beast the same way P03 is already a robot
