@@MsSwthrt102 It's funny that they use tricks like making stuff dark to hide the cheap sets yet this series will still cost well over a hundred million to make, it was revealed that they'd spent nearly $50M in just preproduction alone. I'd genuinely love to see a finance breakdown of where all the money goes into these shows.

Part of it I’m sure they thought “this will set the tone for how dark our series is” but in reality yeah it’s just to hide how bad the effects are.

However, the blade was not reinforced and thus could still be cut by a lightsaber. The blade was never completed before the Ascendant were slaughtered by the Sith.
