    I have bought 10 of these from China on my visit but am against using maida (refined wheat flour) as base as it tastes bad, need alternative idea

    這影片最有趣的是老板的操作,一手一顆蛋,但左手不靈活;分蛋分不均,有人會吃過多蛋黃,有人吃雙份蛋白;肉也分不均,多出來的肉也不願給隔壁;應該先做好麵糊的部分,由麵糊去就鋪滿食材的蛋,動作才會利落,老闆要護生肉,蓋的小心翼翼;最後那2個蛋堡我笑了,一格已有麵糊,一格放蛋堡,她只要把那個蛋堡放上那格麵糊上,就空一個可再填麵糊,但她卻是把最後一個蛋堡拿起來放旁邊,把在旁邊晾很久的蛋堡放回來麵糊上,再轉身去拿剛剛最後放的蛋堡,多此一舉又捨近求遠~
    應該是好吃,但老闆要動動腦~

      Wow I can tell how you loved it! I bought the doule-egg one so the bottom half is egg. I reckon the bottom half of the one-egg version made from paste (flour and water)
