I love what you guys are doing in the garden!! It's really taking on a beautiful shape. I literally laughed out loud when you said we dont ask " what else can go wrong, because God will show you what else " lol that is the truth!

Good morning from Arizona! ☀️You and the Creekside team have done an incredible job this past week! What a transformation of that nearly bare dirt area into the solid bones of an extraordinary space. I love that you share the “successes and the messe”. Drones are going to crash, edgers are going to break, and cameras are going be fiddly. You were still able to thoroughly explain to us the work your team did. Thank you for this! You earned some rest or at least another cup of coffee.☕️

Adapt and continue, while the machines make it easier there is the manual old fashion way of getting a trench. Take it in stride, take a deep breathe and continue gardening. Comfort food needed and a bless your heart. The garden looks spectacular! ⭐️🌟🌟🌟. You have picked some gorgeous plants and placement is key. Can’t wait to see it bloom. 👍👍

*Really* love how Jerry laid out the creekbank bed shape. It's so generous and gives the ability to create a deeper, layered garden that naturally integrates with the woodline. The pugster blue/barberry/baptisia combo at the beginning is so inviting!

The new bed along the creek will be a beautiful counterpoint to the formal beds around the fountain. I love the attention you pay to having each bed relate to the other beds. I can already visualize the harmony you're creating in the Signature Garden. One question, did I miss the application of BioTone on plants in the creekside bed? I forgot to add Biotone for a few new plants I recently planted and I'm curious whether I can add on top of the compost and work it in a little with a small rake. What a special oasis you're creating.

I'm a big fan of Creekside who is worried about your pond. To protect your business from a lawsuit, you might want to put up a "NO Swimming" sign next to the pond now that people will be closer to the water. Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it used to be. Thank you for all you do.

That is what I have, sandy soil, our property line is a salt water “creek” with a low tide beach. The creek is big enough for commercial boats, water skiing, and other water sports. The Rappahannock Indians lived along it originally and was first explored by Captain John Smith in 1609 or around there. Also known as Pocahontas’s playground and the land of pleasant living.

Lots of new work done this fall!! I can’t wait to get back out there and see all the new garden areas with my daughter. NC has had some fantastic weather this year to get some late season work done. Your creek side bed reminds me of beds along the creek in Blowing Rock area, only more formally thought out. Japanese Koi would be beautiful in the pond if you could provide some aeration and delicate shade. If you watch Cranery Gardens in Jersey you will see an example of a lovely koi pond in a private back yard.Netted off for protection
