Celeste Chapter 2 All Strawberries, Crystal Heart & B-Side Unlock Tape 100% Gameplay Walkthrough

A complete walkthrough of Chapter 2: Old Site of indie platformer Celeste from Matt Makes Games. Includes locations of all collectibles including all strawberries, the crystal heart (0:08 in video) and the B-Side unlock tape (2:40 in video).
NOTES
- Chapter 2 contains a total of 18 strawberries. Strawberries don't count as collected until you land on solid ground. (On some screens, you need to land in a specific area.)
- Winged strawberries fly away upward if you dash while on the same screen. Don't dash until you're sure you can catch it!
- Levels in this game are riddled with secret areas. Look carefully for subtle clues that indicate the presence of a secret. (Some need to be opened up by dashing at them.)
- Yellowish-green diamonds recharge your stamina and give you an extra dash while still in the air. (These reappear a few seconds after being collected. Use this to your advantage.)
- Collect crystal hearts by dashing at them.
- Changing screens recharges your dash ability, allowing you to dash indefinitely if done right. This trick is used at the beginning of the video to reach this level's crystal heart.
- The sparkling blocks of clear jelly (which activate after the cutscene in the mirror room) can be passed through by dashing. Doing so recharges your dash, so you can dash again immediately. Make sure there's space on the other side of the block before you dash through; if you hit a solid surface, you'll die.
- This level introduces yellow pips. Collect all of the pips in a room without landing on a solid floor to be rewarded with a strawberry.
- This level also introduces block switches. Touch all of the blue, circular switches in a single room to move a block that's obstructing your path.
- Partway through the level, your doppelganger from the mirror begins chasing you. This dark clone appears a few seconds after you start moving on each screen and will copy your movements exactly. As you progress, more doppelgangers will be added. Move quickly to stay ahead of them, and try not to cross over your own path to avoid colliding with them.
- You can pass through spikes from below without being harmed. (However, be careful not to fall back down onto them!)
- Screens with B-side tapes contain blue and pink platforms that switch on and off in time with the music. Active platforms are 100% solid; inactive ones can be passed through. Listen carefully to the music to time your jumps and dashes.
