I can tell my Moto has power because i can feel the vibrations when touching the screen. Unfortunately when I plug it into the pc, the pc doesn't recognize it. ohwell

You don't need the VLC player. Everything is handled by the scrcpy files.........

why do i need the vlc player?
It helps you to stream your phone screen to the pc and if you don't have vlc media player, you won't be able to do it☺☺
