Stay WILD!
Thank you so much for yet another great video - did bits of this walk around 40 years ago with my wife - will be back there in August 2024 with my wife and daughter - can't wait - also love walking along the banks of the East Lyn River from Watersmeet along the beautiful woodland trails there.
Nice to see you looking so happy , stay happy everyone !
Off to Exmoor for a week this weekend. As a result of watching this wonderful episode this walk is going in the itinerary! Doesn’t look like we will get such wonderful weather! Thanks for posting, thoroughly enjoyed it.
Yay Anna! I like Anna! Also, those views over the cliffs, gawd... majestic! And the meadows and the lovely river walk and the fairy tale ending on the shores! What a perfect day. And you both, look so happy! It's infectious! :) Taking a mental note to consider Exmoor for my next UK trip. Thanks for another ace content Abbie! :) and thanks for the sunshiny smile Anna! :D
Always a good day when there's a new Abbie video.
Just done this walk with my family on your recomendation. Beautiful.
I see the burden of the last few weeks (months) has left their mark on your arms and I just wanted to say I'm sure it's tough when there is as many days filled with light as there are days filled with darkness. Good job for showing us one of the light-filled days. Your walk looks so sweet and joyous. I hope they help to keep your head up in the dark days. Will be praying for relief from darkness and thanking for the beauty of your videos and the talent you have!

You're are amazing still baffles me why you aren't on telly yet. I'm going to write too BBC x
Bbc only want to perpetuate bad news and propaganda. this is too real and upbeat for the bbc no fear to blacken your day with
She's a bit on the white side.
BBC are only interested in pretending multiculturalism works at this point and all programming is precisely that programming you to think the way they want you to.
Why is it the most wholesome RUclipsrs who have the most awful people in their comment sections?
@@pkpckls It's a mystery, why did you decide to comment?
Hi Abbie, this video you've done is awesome, I see I've been missing out! I'm always heading down to Torbay for regular camping, time for some wild camping and that Exmoor looks flipping gorgeous! Thank you for putting in so much effort and sharing with us :-)
Great video again :) you two compliment each other so well!!! Can't wait to be able to get back to England. Thank you so much for another great video.

You're such a lovely soul - Always enjoy your happy enthusiasm and videos, thank you :)
You should really have your own tv show your skills as are professional, documenting, narrating and how you edit the video is unbelieveable. Your an inspiration and a wonderful person. Fantastic video as always.

Hi Abbie Barnes! I enjoyed this video at all. Thanks for sharing your adventures with us!
Nice enjoying.
We're off to Exmoor later this month. Great variety of walking terrain; moorland, woodland, rivet valleys, coast.
I was there too that day . Meeting you both was definitely a highlight 😀

Hi abbie and Anna love your video wish I was thar with you both enjoying the lovely sunny weather and the walk take care both off you xx
Hey Abbie..... I recognised the Peacock and Hotel.... realised I had been there. We had lunch at the hotel with Mum, and walked the lower path to the headland rocky beach where you had your nice brew. We sat there for a while too reflecting on life..... and soaking up the sea air and atmosphere. It was the day after Dad passed.
You really did take me on a journey this time Abbie.
Always love watching your vids... thanks for sharing this wonderful walk.
Take care.... best wishes... Steve.
Great video, another one of my fave parts of Exmoor - thank you!
We must go to England and walk and stay on these nice places.

Loved it! Thanks, Abbie and Anna. 👍🙂
superb stretch of coastline
I live about a 15 minute drive from the Brecon Beacons National Park, where I spend quite a bit of time, a 400 yard walk from my house( as the crow flies)takes me. To a spot where I can look one way and see a Pen Y Fan and 180 degrees from this view I can see across to Exmoor, I absolutely love the area around Lynton and Lynmouth, can’t wait to visit again, just love your films
Wow! The ocean view is amazing 😉
Looks like a nice place for Sherpa
Lovely video Abbie. What a great way to start the day :)
Yes loving your films 😁
I’m going there for that walk when I can get down there. Looks so nice.
Beautiful walk!
Hello Abbie we are new to your channel my wife and I are disabled but we were walkers mainly north Wales and Cheshire where we live my wife is one of the 2 million who cant go out at the moment we watch a lot of utube please stay safe and thankyou
That smile is back! Another great video filmed in perfect conditions. I'm a 'shielded' pensioner with COPD who wants to get out and about again but maybe I'm being overly cautious and therefore I'm restricting myself to short drives at the moment even though we are now unlocked. That 'Queen' song - 'I want to break free' is playing in my head. Your exploits make me so envious and I'm trying to find out if wild camping is tolerated now that restrictions have been eased. All I can find is that designated official camp sites are open again. Would be great if a land/seascape like yours was nearer for me as I'm land locked in the Midlands. Can't wait for your next trip. Stay safe Abbie.
Stay Wild! :-))
Another great video and on this date celebrating the end of lockdown in the UK.
Oh wow. Love the Hunters Inn. Peacock you can keep. Noisy buggas.
What a beautiful friend 😊
Swallowed a fly?!! Oh no! I enjoy your films, especially on this cool rainy day. I've heard those trees that grow other species on them called nursery trees. I began watching your films after one on Osprey Kestral 38 and I did get one. lol atb from Haida Gwaii.
Don't know that part of the UK at all. Absolutely stunning scenery and country.
15.35 Hi Abbie and Anna the blue flower looks like Sheep's-bit Scabious
Lovely video Abbie , do you think you will do the whole SWCP?
Abbie when you gonna experience wild camping abroad ? You don't live far away from Somerset.Go for it.👍hi from full male in Northern England 🇬🇧
Good Moring Abbie
Hi, I’m visiting exmoor on the 14th August planing on doing a valley of the rocks loop as a trail run, anything else I should do whilst I’m in the area, also doing a bit of paddle boarding but that’s another story
What a truly lovely walk. I liked the whole route. Does anyone know where you can view the route these girls took ? I would love to try it one day after my mental health problems have subsided.
❤️❤️
Hi, Abbie, Do you know when we can get back to walking and overnight camping again .Des ps stay safe
Depends where you go, last i heard Dartmoor is open to campers again
What a nice easy walk with Sunshine! Why did you not go down to the beach to soak your feet in the water?
I noted the mention of ash die-backs, and I am wondering if this is due to the emerald ash borer, an invasive bug from Asia that has devastated ash populations in North America. Wikipedia tells me the pest has reached Europe, but not clear whether that includes Great Britain. Many beautiful views in this video, as always, and I really appreciate the excellent camera quality and shots, as well as the information on the flowers and animals. You are a real naturalist, in the finest English tradition.
Ash die-back is caused by a fungal infection
@@tanagerbirder You are correct with regard to Europe, including the UK. So thanks for that correction. The Emerald Ash Borer is affecting North America ina major way, which is why I posted my initial comment (I am in the U.S.). The poor Ash trees are getting hit from all sides, it appears.
@@johnalden5821 The entire natural world is in peril sadly.
Hello Anne 😉
I like your videos. I especially like seeing the English countryside. It is certainly very different to Australia, where I hike. I am thinking you would like it here. You can go for days seeing no sign of civilisation. No history like there - just endless bush. One thing - why don't you use a GPS device of some sort? I am currently using a Garmin GPS watch and it's a game changer. But even a phone would be useful.
Far too much inane chat and talking to camera, nice views though.
Dashboard193 Inane chat? Why don't you share some of your always meaningful dialogue. Where is your RUclips channel so we can be amazed. Thought so. Cheers Annie!
