Lamont I don’t know if you have ever done anything on Dianne Masters who was killed by her husband and police officers that helped him hide her body. Dianne was my sister-in-law who lived in Palos Park Illinois and was killed in March 1982. You do a excellent job and show such respect for the victims I have found all your stories very interesting. Always following you and really learning so much about these people you have brought to us. Thank you.🙋♀️
This story is so convoluted. The guy clearly wanted to die and it was such a big circus. Sometimes nobody makes the Monster, it makes itself. The old lady was entitled to her last years and her dignity. You didn’t sugar coat it and it really speaks to survivor’s.
Thanks, Lamont for all your trouble, you go there and you show us the place where it happened, you show us the physical place where these people are buried. You honor them. It's great, what you're doing. The man was lucky that he was given the chance to die a catholic, and receive valid Sacraments by a priest. Most people today don't even have that chance anymore.
I had no parents and raised myself since 14 in Detroit, I had a very bad childhood before this. I have never killed anyone and do not give sympathy for that reason. But this public execution! Jeez, shows people were no different then, they just have social media now.
I have been told as a child that there are consequences (good or bad) for your actions so you reap what you sow. It's easy to say the execution was unneeded, but this is not the Emmett Till story.
Thank you for bring us true history, even if it’s tragic ,we should know and never forget it . A-lot of our history is hidden ,,,this is a welcome lesson for sure . Please keep us posted for more . What bothers me more is the photos with the inmate and police ,,,it’s dehumanizing in my opinion
It's always baffled me how they determine that a rape actually happened AFTER the victim was murdered & not before. I would venture to say the gallows were erected exactly where that statue of a head is. Towns have a sneaky way of camouflaging the spots of their darker history while still marking the spot.
I lived in Ky for 10yrs and know all the towns you speak about when you cover Ky cases. Louisville,Owensboro, bowling green,Lexington,Elizabeth town, eddyville, etc. eddyville prison can be seen from Lake Barkley. Inmates on lake side gets a beautiful lake side view.

Very informative and interesting stories, videos that you share. Thanks for doing that.
We love the way you give us these stories Lamont. He had a bad life but it’s no excuse to murder an old woman may she rest in peace 🙏. 👊👍🇬🇧🇺🇸
Great story, and ive hurd of it before, im from stanton Kentucky. I love watching your content, you do an awesome job at what you do with these stories... thank you !
$25 in 1935 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $540.65 today, $100 in 1935 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $2,162.60 today.
Great job,you take us along with you for a very interesting informative journey, thanks 👍
A brutal crime like this committed against anyone is terrible 😢 but against an elderly lady is HORRIFIC no matter the color of the victim or villain the punishment fits the crime.
Lamont thank you for all you do.
As usual you have done a great job.
Don't matter the color of your skin, you do the crime you do the time!
Period.
Great storyteller Hope you keep talking for victims. You are a wonderful caring person.
Thank you 😊
Thank you so much for taking us on your cemetery walks, Lamont. You're such a kind and thought soul which we need more of. There's a newish channel called "Murder She Shed" where Holly finds some really obscure cases to present. She could use some subscribers so pop over and check her out, I like to think she's a real piece of Americana just like Lamont is uniquely a one of a kind National Treasure. Much Love ya'll. ❤
I love the way ur cover all these stories!!! U give much insight into the lives of the deceased. Thank u for all ur work! God bless!! #bigfan🙏🏽🩷🤗👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Of course another well put together, informative Vlog that takes you to the actual locations which is really awesome cause you get to know every minute detail about every case. I hope you get to continue doing this for many, many decades to come cause ill still be a subscriber. Be safe and take care Lamont, see you on the next Vlog.
Great video. You have a great narrators voice. I wish you continued success.
Thank you.🙋♀️
Do you have proof of these allegations?
Great ending to a well put together video Lamont
This story is so convoluted. The guy clearly wanted to die and it was such a big circus. Sometimes nobody makes the Monster, it makes itself. The old lady was entitled to her last years and her dignity. You didn’t sugar coat it and it really speaks to survivor’s.
Another fine video Lamont!, i cannot wait for the next video.
greetings from the Nederlands
Thanks, Lamont for all your trouble, you go there and you show us the place where it happened, you show us the physical place where these people are buried. You honor them. It's great, what you're doing. The man was lucky that he was given the chance to die a catholic, and receive valid Sacraments by a priest. Most people today don't even have that chance anymore.
You have been busy!! Interesting story!! Great job!
Another way to say he was guilty besides fingerprints is that he could say where the stolen rings were. Thank you Lamont for sharing this story.
Thank you Lamont for bringing attention to this tragic old case!
I had no parents and raised myself since 14 in Detroit, I had a very bad childhood before this. I have never killed anyone and do not give sympathy for that reason. But this public execution! Jeez, shows people were no different then, they just have social media now.
exactly
People love to watch disasters
Most Blacks didnt even have trials they were lynched blatantly just on a white persons word.
20k people show up to watch a Black man lynched like its entertainment, ain't that America.
I have been told as a child that there are consequences (good or bad) for your actions so you reap what you sow.
It's easy to say the execution was unneeded, but this is not the Emmett Till story.
Thank you for having your channel.
I love your videos. This story was really interesting. Thank you 😊
It's always baffled me how they determine that a rape actually happened AFTER the victim was murdered & not before.
I would venture to say the gallows were erected exactly where that statue of a head is. Towns have a sneaky way of camouflaging the spots of their darker history while still marking the spot.
Never heard of this case before. Thank You Lamont for covering these older cases that don't get any attention. Especially the Jane & John Doe cases.
Yes Lamont At Lauge for giving voice victims amazing video have a great Labor day weekend
I really enjoy your broadcasts, and and your are really great at it. I love how you give both sides and make no judgements! 3:43
