I've been thinking about learning table tops lots. I had a dream last night that I was amazing at them and this video comes up today. It's time to learn I think. Cheers for the vid Tom.
Hi Tom! My issue with table tops is that I ride/jump with my left foot forwards (same as you). I can't jump or ride the opposite way. But when ever I want to lay the bike down, it feels wrong/dangerous to do it the direction you do. It's the same with thinking about doing a 360 or 180. I like to twist to my left. That's from years of gymnastics twisting to my left. So I'm left with the question of, do I relearn how to ride/jump with my right foot forwards or do I keep trying to normalise laying the bike down the way you do. The latter would also mean that I'd be relearning my direction of twisting for 180's and 360's. What do you think?

I think table tops on road bikes or cyclocross bikes look awesome.

you can but landing can be tough if you miss something like to put your feet back
