I found another grease nipple on the front....4 as described by yourself and the other just near the top of the shock absorbers one on each side they look like grease nipples but now not sure now
I noticed your sxs has what I would call fog lights. Did it come with those or did you add them? I have the exact same zforce and my didn't come with them
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER turn signals, ok. It always amazes the different things they put on these machines from different countries and there all the same brand.
I’m pretty sure the bushings are rubber. From the research I’ve done Lithium / petroleum based grease speeds up rubber decay. I think even the manual does say to use all purpose grease. I was recommended a Silicone or possibly bentone (clay) based grease is best. Using silicone grease on all the bushings is expensive, I personally use a lithium based grease as I figure it works out cheaper to do that and replace the bushings sooner if when required. Anyone else looked into this?

Great video.
If you ever see it try getting a tube of the Lucas red n tacky. That stuff is amazing and it stays put
Very good point. Alot of people don't realize you have to take care of your machine.
Definitely!
Don't forget the lower fitting on bottom out by the wheel on rear.
You’re right. There are 6 on each side in the rear. The last one is hard to see so easily missed. Thanks
Your videos are thorough and awesome thank you very much for your time this is all so valuable
You are very welcome 😊
Sameones onthe zforce 500?

Can you show how to replace the belt on your 800?
Sorry I haven't owned the 800 in 2 years. I sold it
@ did you have to replace belt when u owned?
I picked up a longer flexible grease pipe so I can rest the gun on the floor, and helps to get into those hard to reach ones at the rear.
Ya I'm one of those guys that doesn't buy anything unless I really need it lol
Do you have a video on how to replace the stock coolant?
No but RedNeck Garage has a video.
I want to replace the aluminium tape on air duct, best way. Thanks👍
Nicely done. Thanks!
Thanks for watching!
Quality marine grease is the best idea
Does that help the steering ?
help? no
@@FANATICALSIDERIDER wonder what causes a zforce 500 to steer hard?
Thnx for the video, new owner of a zforce 500 and do you have any tips on the type of coolant brand/type I can use on my Side by side …
Not that I know of, but I will look into it.
What type or brand of grease do you recommend?
I use an all purpose grease but people say I should use marine. I don't know much about grease but I think grease is grease. Maybe I'm wrong

Those are signal lights. I think only canadian model got the signals, not sure.

Good vid, but you missed one grease point at the back, have to take off the rear tire to get to it. It is on the bottom. 16 total
Yes I realized that after
Thanks for the info! I just have one problem with it....that looked like a perfectly good pair of underware you used to wipe up the grease?
Cheers

I switched to boxers 🤣🤣🤣 OH man you cracked me up!

How often do you grease your Zforce in a year? Or at how many miles/km?
Haven't paid attention. I've greased it about 4 times so far in the last 10 months

To much grease is almost as bad a little grease
