The video provided by law enforcement was actually reversed but the timestamps were not. How does that happen unless it was tampered with? Somebody went to some trouble to make alterations. That department needs to be investigated and any other questionable cases should probably be examined.
The prosecution tried to pull a fast one. They’re slick…I’ll give them that but they should really consider prosecuting the right people…. The people who are responsible for that police officers death.
Judge horrible. She would have been overruled for her pro prosecutor rulings. Her jury form, she lied it was Massachusetts standard.

Plus, I'm convinced that O'Keffe wasn't really a bad guy. He took in his neice and nephew after his brother passed. Even though he didn't have to.
A lot of evidence I've seen points to her guilt. Including the speed of the car and previous conversations she had with the guy.
But her defense attorney is trying to direct the narrative elsewhere.

When the commonwealth is trying to convict you of a serious crime that you did not commit you would be drained of every ounce of strength too and be rather subdued. Innocent people fight with everything they have and they never give up….. even at the cost of their own health. Karen has many health issues…her defense attorney was not lying about that. You better hope that you’re never accused of a crime that you did not commit.
The jury split as detailed in the Foreperson’s note, was exactly “some” on one side and “others” on the opposite side. I hope the jurors talk to the new, news people, those, who are covering this case with social media channels!
I hope they can confirm or deny the foreman was an ex cop.

I started watching this trial with zero background information and no bias for or against police, the prosecution, or the defense. I live on the opposite coast and hadn't even heard of this story. I was very quickly convinced of a few things based on the evidence and the conduct of the individuals involved in the trial....
1) the investigation was mishandled in a shocking way.
2) common sense, and the evidence shows John Okeefe was NOT hit by a car.
3) The people who handled the investigation should be held accountable.
4) the judge was clearly struggling with some personal biases.
5) the verdict form was confusing and likely contributed to the hung jury.
6) the defense should have made it more clear to the jury that a not guilty verdict does NOT necessarily mean there was a cover up.
7) the DA NEVER should have pursued this case because the evidence contradicts thier theory and the investigation was mishandled.
8) Karen did drive under the influence of alcohol.
9) It's scary that anyone would convict someone in a case like this.
The entire case is an unprofessional mess. The lead investigator has been relieved of his duties.

It’s ridiculous that they act as if they did something so worthy of fake smiles and hugs…truth be told is they’re flat out pissed that their theory wasn’t believed by all jurors !! That high dollar LA atty really thought his drama behavior had the jurors convinced! When the jury didn’t come back with a verdict at the end of the first day of deliberations, that LA drama queen atty was already pissed ! The entire Defense, KR and all the Karens out there know damn well the jurors did not buy all the bells and whistles!! The next trial will have to be held elsewhere. Too much bias in that town and everyone has already formed an opinion….change of venue. The prosecution is going to look even worse….so will the McAlberts.

The FBI has already uncovered one corrupt cop…Proctor, the corrupt lead investigator, has been relieved of his duties…. More will be coming. You don’t get relieved of your duties when you’re doing a great job…. You get relieved of your duties when you are corrupt and incompetent. Karen is innocent and the next trial will make the commonwealth look so inept…everyone there will be looking for new jobs….. including the prosecutor.

I don’t know. I trust the jury system, and the jury doesn’t unanimously know. But some of them found enough reasonable doubt. Frankly, one way or the other, this traces back to this obviously corrupt police department. Btw, you will never find anyone as supportive of the police as I am. This department, however, demonstrates how dangerous it is to investigate the death of one of your own. Here, we see the truth of an,ultra-distance runner who said of reaching his goals, “Slow is fast, and fast is slow.”
