At 7:13 when his voice changed I started laughing so hard I started to feel my insides moving! That was so hilarious because I was never expecting his voice to change like that.
You know, when I played No More Heroes 1 and got to this part, that quicktime completely caught me off guard and also I was half-paying attention because of that long drought before it actually comes up. I still got it right the first time anyways. I took this guy multiple tries. Also, banging on your coffee table and flipping off the TV screen? You died just two times in a video game, that doesn't warrant behaving like a pre-teen. Especially on a really easy, self-explanatory quick-time event.
You should take a look at his Motorstorm Apocalypse where he complains about holding the R2 button is "killing him" and says that the gas button should be a face button instead of the triggers.
Paused at 0:32 (start of bad idea). I know I'm late to this vid (very, very late), but I'm just stunned at the amount of time left to the end of the video. It seems to me (I don't even know what this game is, I don't own a Wii) that you have to hit a button when the speedometer hits the red zone 3 times then flick the Wiimote up (all when prompted) and you succeed. How the hell can someone mess this up when Resident Evil 4 had harder prompt scenarios and the were still relatively easy to complete after 2-3 times of scene replays?
One of my personal favorite rages from this manchild. It's up there with the Old Monk. Also, who the fuck mashes buttons during QTE's unless prompted to do so? Never mind that, Phil wasn't wearing his glasses apparently. Bugged QTE Mechanics, I tell ya.
This playthrough needs the "This is how you DON'T play" treatment really, really bad. It's funny...I thought I wasn't going to like this game at all after watching Phil's playthrough however I brought it and suddenly loved the hell out of it. Not the deepest action game out there but the quirkyness of Suda51 was a sight to behold. It's a shame there isn't a lot of games with an open mind to how a game works especially DSP. It's the same way I felt after he played MGR.
Erm...I played this game a long time ago and I don't even remember this part of it. It was so insignificantly easy that I don't even REMEMBER THE SECTION. Phil lacks common sense.
I've never played this game nor have I seen a LP of it but I think that the L2's indicate a timed press when the the speedometer reaches the red you hit L2... If I can figure it out through just watching why cant phil while hes playing it?
I've only played the original but the port looks like it follows the same concept. You hold whatever button accelerates until the speed gets into the red. When it does, a prompt for whatever the boost button is pops up and you press it. Do this three times. DSP is hitting the boost button before the bike has hit the right speed and the prompt has come up, and one time I think he stopped holding accelerate. Literally all he has to do is keep going forward and hit the button that pops up.
What a tragedy that every single game DSP plays is out to get him with broken mechanics, lag and reading his inputs incorrectly. If only the games were better programmed DSP would be running every last one of the speed runs at AGDQ and SGDQ perfectly.
Was thinking about it for the longest time and I'm sure one extra "this is how you don't play" one my channel isn't going to hurt me that much. Phil's too stubborn to use the goddamn normal controller since he wants the "real experience", but ends up making it so bad for himself that he took shots at the original and the people who liked it as this video shows.
You guys are being mean to DSP. He's so reasonable in all his other videos! It's clearly a bugged game. And it's not his fault his thumb hurts. It's not because he's fat and lazy so holding his thumb still hurts, it's because of his back! Probably.
You should do "DSP Exoeriecnces a Bugged Dodging Mechanic" and show the part of his Dark Souls playthrough where he fights the titanite demon. (statrts at part 26 or so)
For a "man" that plays games 24 hours a day he sure likes to complain about a game wasting 5 or 10 minutes with a "bad checkpoint". Of course to him the only way to have a good checkpoint system is if it saves every micro-second.
What the...? All you have to do is press the buttons on the controller!! It works perfectly fine! I have the PS3 version and have never had a problem doing what it says on this part! What the hell!?
SuperArppis No, he was actually too quick on the inputs. You're supposed to wait till the meter maxes out and prompts you to press the button. Phil was just mashing it with reckless abandon and hoping for a result.
Also, it's not like he edits out failed attempts or time wasted, he vomits it up on RUclips all the same, just to get more money. As such, he can't even say that he loses money from the game screwing him over/having any kind of challenge.
People like Darksydephil are why many games are made super easy today. If you design games, please don't make them super easy so idiots like DSP can beat them. The more fans the game picks up and the retarded end, the game will lose fans on the other end of the spectrum who want a challenge.
Programmed by amateurs? Okay then, let's give you a professional game that is meant for people with your learning and thinking abilities. Sorry... it seems every game requires you to be able to learn controls and have common sense...
i was watching this laughing cuz it's funny. as most people should know, DSP is inspired by the angry video game nerd but again, people take it too seriously and when i look around i see that this is just a hater gathering so i'm just gonna leave now. XD and not come back...
I remember this part. I'm pretty sure I had a hand print on my forehead by the time he finally got past this. I'm also fairly certain he doesn't know what the word "praised" means.
You know Phils in for a rough time when the good idea is 31 seconds long
And his clip is 10 and a half minutes long
"I guess I'm supposed to mash L2..."
*Mashes L2*
"What the FOOOOCK it didn't even let me press L2!"
How to be a good game developer: disregard literally everything DSP says.
That failure just makes me laugh so hard. Picturing that happening to Phil just makes it funnier.
At 7:13 when his voice changed I started laughing so hard I started to feel my insides moving! That was so hilarious because I was never expecting his voice to change like that.
Matthew Cenance Holy shit! I so glad I found this comment where man that is funny as hell hearing that voice crack. Highkey Phill is garbage😂😂😂
Phil legit turned into Mickey Mouse LMAO

“Now my thumb is getting tired from holding X” -The epitome of out of shape, ladies and gentlemen!
You should take a look at his Motorstorm Apocalypse where he complains about holding the R2 button is "killing him" and says that the gas button should be a face button instead of the triggers.
@@charlie1234500That would tire his finger out more actually.
3:50: O_O My reaction exactly.
*Backs away slowly*
It's a while since I've played No More Heroes but don't I recall this section being that difficult.
If there's anyone that deserved to be unemployed in this world, is this guy..
How he keeps making money with his videos is a mystery to me..
The same way PewDiePie makes money. With a rabid underage fanbase. Not saying that PewDiePie is anywhere near as stupid as DSP, though.

1:36 Arrrgh Phil smash!
Is there no game that DSP will not shit on?
"...No More Heroes, and I praised this game highly."
Amazing. I love DSP fail/rage compilations. I think I could literally watch them all day long. Keep up the good work!!
3:56 "i'll come back another time" XD
LOL you're "praised the hell out of it" counter had me dying
One of my personal favorite rages from this manchild. It's up there with the Old Monk.
Also, who the fuck mashes buttons during QTE's unless prompted to do so? Never mind that, Phil wasn't wearing his glasses apparently. Bugged QTE Mechanics, I tell ya.
ahhh the good old days when he didn't have a stream holding his hand like a 5 year old child.
This playthrough needs the "This is how you DON'T play" treatment really, really bad. 3:42 made me laugh so hard X3
I love the "I praised the hell out of it" Counter. Also the bridge part is the easiest thing in existence...
I love it when he gives the finger to the screen lol
amateurs? amateurs are DDI the guys who made freaking ninjabreadman and anubis II
Erm...I played this game a long time ago and I don't even remember this part of it. It was so insignificantly easy that I don't even REMEMBER THE SECTION. Phil lacks common sense.
"And i praised the hell out of them!" -Trollface
Huh, I wonder if that's the controller he's slamming into the table. Maybe that would explain his "buggy" games.
I've never played this game nor have I seen a LP of it but I think that the L2's indicate a timed press when the the speedometer reaches the red you hit L2...
If I can figure it out through just watching why cant phil while hes playing it?

Having this much trouble just GETTING to the final boss, just how bad does he mess up the fight with 'Darkstar'? -_- Let alone the secret boss...
What a tragedy that every single game DSP plays is out to get him with broken mechanics, lag and reading his inputs incorrectly. If only the games were better programmed DSP would be running every last one of the speed runs at AGDQ and SGDQ perfectly.
How the fuck can you not know that you CANNOT button mash in QTEs unless told to do so?!
"I praised the hell out of the game." So... his idea of praising it is saying amateurs made it and never tested it? Whatever you say, Phil.
Was thinking about it for the longest time and I'm sure one extra "this is how you don't play" one my channel isn't going to hurt me that much. Phil's too stubborn to use the goddamn normal controller since he wants the "real experience", but ends up making it so bad for himself that he took shots at the original and the people who liked it as this video shows.
dsp experiences bugged brain mechanics
too many parts where he raged,i remember part 22,many deaths
Man, I haven't heard that many controller slamming noises since his Madden 12 rage when his Xbox 360 locked up.
I raged so hard in this part of the game, my fans laughed at me for it.
So I wonder, is it the playstation move port of this game that is screwing up Phil or is he really bad QTEs.
Oh god that controller slamming noise is music to my ears
oh man I never saw this playthrough of his this is fucking hilarious
Why can't this guy just play the freaking game instead of trying (and failing) to make it look bad when it's not?!
+Anooger because he's a dumbass
I don't remember the guy who made this games name but he's certainly not a "fucking amatuer!".
It's on my list, so don't worthy too much. I'll get to it sooner or later. Just so many good moments not to do it.
He's raging over 7 minutes? Seriously?
You guys are being mean to DSP. He's so reasonable in all his other videos! It's clearly a bugged game.
And it's not his fault his thumb hurts. It's not because he's fat and lazy so holding his thumb still hurts, it's because of his back! Probably.
The biggest laugh I got from this video was when the "Good idea" part lasted 30 seconds, then I saw the video was 11:30 long.
That's a classic right here. Right next to the Conduit 2 playthrough.
BUGGED PRAISE MECHANICS! NOTHING I CAN DO! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You should do "DSP Exoeriecnces a Bugged Dodging Mechanic" and show the part of his Dark Souls playthrough where he fights the titanite demon. (statrts at part 26 or so)
Someone needs to put a compilation together.
Holy shit he played No More Heroes for real? Does he want to blame every good games in the world?
If you think that's bad wait till you see my next video.
Wow... l have NEVER seen anyone fail this part, hell l didn't think it was possible that you could.
What video did he praise this game?????
For a "man" that plays games 24 hours a day he sure likes to complain about a game wasting 5 or 10 minutes with a "bad checkpoint". Of course to him the only way to have a good checkpoint system is if it saves every micro-second.
DSP is so casual that he can't even do a simple QTE.
Loved that Blazing Saddles ending hahahahaha
Why did you include the comments defending shit ports?
Wait, if he's playing a bad port of the game, is it really his fault?
What the...? All you have to do is press the buttons on the controller!! It works perfectly fine! I have the PS3 version and have never had a problem doing what it says on this part! What the hell!?
Is he too slow on the button inputs or something?
That's all I can guess. He never has had good reaction time in a lot of games.
SuperArppis No, he was actually too quick on the inputs. You're supposed to wait till the meter maxes out and prompts you to press the button. Phil was just mashing it with reckless abandon and hoping for a result.
thereaIblackcerberus
Ahaa, gotcha. :)
Man. No More Heroes isn't even a hard game...how do you fuck this up!?
I can't breathe. He's so mad...
Yet another good video, KWO appreciates your loyalty.
Also, it's not like he edits out failed attempts or time wasted, he vomits it up on RUclips all the same, just to get more money. As such, he can't even say that he loses money from the game screwing him over/having any kind of challenge.
oh my god, that ending ahaha
Every time i see a video uploaded by you iget so exited. :D
I didn't know it was possible to fail this.
As someone who is currently earning a degree in game design, even hearing DarkShitPiss criticize "bad" design makes me cringe.
People like Darksydephil are why many games are made super easy today. If you design games, please don't make them super easy so idiots like DSP can beat them. The more fans the game picks up and the retarded end, the game will lose fans on the other end of the spectrum who want a challenge.
I like these good idea bad idea videos but the random counter, random sound bytes, needs to slow down lol
so the uploader of this vid doesn't like DSP??
Oh boy i guess it's time for someone to make This is How you DON'T play No More Heroes xD
To be fair those bikes are slow as fuck
Lmfao love the praise counter added this vid! Great work as usual magnew -_-
Programmed by amateurs? Okay then, let's give you a professional game that is meant for people with your learning and thinking abilities. Sorry... it seems every game requires you to be able to learn controls and have common sense...

As usual, DSP continues to fail...good past time to watch how badly the man fails.
