* Madonna Louise Ciccone (born August 16, 1958) is an American singer, songwriter & actress. Known as the Queen of Pop, Madonna has been widely recognized for her continual reinvention & versatility in music production, songwriting & visual presentation. She has pushed the boundaries of artistic expression in mainstream music while maintaining control over every aspect of her career. Madonna's popularity was enhanced by roles in films such as Desperately Seeking Susan, Dick Tracy, A League of Their Own & Evita. While the lattermost won her a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress, many of her other films were not as well received. As a businesswoman, Madonna founded the company Maverick in 1992, which included Maverick Records, one of the most successful artist-run labels in history. Her other ventures include fashion brands, written works, health clubs & filmmaking. She contributes to various charities, having founded the Ray of Light Foundation in 1998 & Raising Malawi in 2006 & she advocates for gender equality & LGBT rights.
With sales of over 300 million records worldwide, Madonna is the best-selling female recording artist of all time. She holds the record for being the most successful solo artist in the history of the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart & has achieved the most number-one singles by a woman in Australia, Canada, Italy, Spain & the UK. With revenue exceeding US$1.5 billion from her concert tickets, she remains the highest-grossing female touring artist worldwide. Forbes has named Madonna the top-earning female musician annually a record 11 times across 4 decades (1980s-2010s). She was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2008, her first year of eligibility. VH1 ranked Madonna as the greatest woman in music, while MTV & Billboard ranked her as the greatest music video artist ever. Rolling Stone also included her in their lists of the greatest artists & greatest songwriters of all time.
* Celine Dion (born 30 March 1968) is a Canadian singer. She is noted for her powerful & technically skilled vocals. Dion is the best-selling Canadian artist & the best-selling French artist of all time.Her music has incorporated genres such as pop, rock, R&B, gospel & classical music.
Born into a large family (she is the youngest of 14 children) from Quebec, she emerged as a teen star in her country during the 1980s. She gained international recognition by winning the 1982 Yamaha World Popular Song Festival & the 1988 Eurovision Song Contest, where she represented Switzerland. After learning English, in 1990, Dion released her debut English album, Unison. She has also sung in Spanish, Italian, German, Latin, Japanese & Mandarin Chinese.

The flying rug is from Aladdin!? And yes - your dad’s favourite singer is Celine Dion. Because Madonna (let’s be honest) is not a singer.
If you know Madonna you know that she can/was able to sing (in my opinion). Not comparable to Dion, but she really can/was able to hit beautiful notes.
Ray of Light is a good example of that.
Madonna IS a good singer, not one that can belt high notes like Celine, Adele, Whitney, Christina Aguilera etc. BUT she's a good singer, you might not like Madonna but she can sing. #Facts 😉
BTW madona can sing cause she is a singer whereas celine is a vocalists so vocally she is not comparable to celine but madona is a good singer .
