Try This Dimebag Style Lick!

Dimebag Darrell is well known for his super intense, symettrical licks! In this lick, Cam is demonstrating how you might put together one of these licks for yourself, basing the whole thing loosely around the E minor pentatonic! Loosely is the key word, as the pentatonic really only defines the framework and basic grounding. On top of that we have various out notes, chromatic sounds, Phrgian notes and more! The basic idea is to make a scale shape that repeats the same fingers int he same places on different strings, to make it as easy as possible to go fast! Epic!
