HEY MR.ALABAMA HEAD HUNTER I FOUND AN AWESOME ARROWHEAD TODAY AT 12:34 PM AND IT'S PURPLE,WHITE,YELLOW,
PINKISH RED IN COLOR BUT IT'S GOT JUST A LITTLE COMPOUND FRACTURE ON THE BASE OF IT. BUT YOU REALLY HAVE TO LOOK AT IT REAL CLOSE TO SEE THE FRACTURE THOUGH.
you done wore yourself out. some good finds, though.
Hey man any advice on how to go about asking to dig? Do you promise landowners artifacts after you've dug? Promise to fill back anything you dug ? Thanks
I do promise to fill back what dirt i dig. I have never promised to give them any artifacts but i have promised them to join me on the dig when i find where the good spot is. And i tell them they can bring their kids too. I point out how me being on their property is a person there to help keep an eye out on their land and also i get deer accustomed to smelling humans around. Makes it easier for the hunters. I show them some of my good past finds and really try to sell them on the fact that these artifacts are fragile and someone needs to get them before they are all broken up
Where in Alabama are you? I’m in Clarke co and
Where in Alabama are you? I’m in Clarke co. and have a lot of land with several creeks running through them if you would like to check them out.
Gardening 1974 I am in Covington county Alabama. Clarke county is a real good area! I might take ya up on that one day!
I really want to learn how to look for them. This land has been in my family for seven generations. We have found several by accident over the years. My mother found what I assume is a bead. It’s simply a rock about 2.5” long and 3/4” wide. It’s very polished and has a 1/8” hole bored through it.
Is digging legal in.bama.it aint in georgia.jail time
