I'm part way through making a "floating" glass base just south of the first spot between the roads. It gives a good view of the waterfall and still is full of flowers you can see through the floor.
Location 9 seems to be the most efficient especially with the double oil driller glitch, but my favorite was location 3. I really liked the sea view even more than the waterfall. But anywhere where you can pet a Croajiro is a cozy base location.
this is my base and favorite too! I wish they would implement a base "joining" system, I want to put two bases next to each other in this place, where my house will be in that place with water, simply the best place in the game

The place with the two buildings, right? I thought so too, but the buildings would take up a lot of space. Beautiful though! 😍
