This looks insanely fun! About how much do the costs add up to for a single race?

We certainly enjoy it! :) Typically 1 event (1 quali + 2 races) costs ~£400 for entry fees, £50 for club membership (1 off annual payment) and maybe around £60 in fuel. Thats about it for race and run. Naturally there will be the cost of buying the car, tyres, weekend accommodation, food etc. I think all in, a single weekend can be up to £700 running everything by yourself. Alternatively there are also some teams like I-Tech Racing who will rent a car out for a single event up to a whole season.
